I recently had the pleasure of visiting IBC, and I must say, it is the perfect place to vibe with friends and family. This establishment offers a unique and vibrant atmosphere that is sure to leave you with unforgettable memories.

Last but not least, the staff at IBC deserves a special mention. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge of the beers and menu, as well as their enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment, added to the overall enjoyment of the experience. I highly recommend IBC to anyone looking for a place to relax, have fun, and enjoy great food and drinks with friends and family. In the mood for some wholesome fun & food ? Look no further than Independence Brewing Company - the latest addition to the pubbing landscape of Kalyani Nagar.

A spacious place, this establishment is divided into 3 sections (2 sections outside and one section inside) and can host both - large and small groups as well as individuals and couples. It's good for hosting Corporate get-together's too.

It's a Beer-lover's paradise with some awesome concoctions available,  that are pretty light on the pocket. Their other, "non-beer" drinks...though good...are slightly on the pricier side.

Feel free to ask the Bar Manager , Mr. Akshay to come up with some excellent creations, to suit your palette...he'd never disappoint you :-)

Then you have Bob & Tamal (Bartenders) , along with Sush (Asst. Bartender), who create magical drinks to set your mood and keep you on a high for a long time to come ;-)

Then you have Ms. Nimmi- the Team Lead at the bar , who ensures efficient services so that no one has to wait for their drinks , for more than what is reqd.

Efficient servers like "Ney-mar" also ensure that one wants to keep on visiting this place ,again & again .

Hats off also, to Mr. Kunal - the ever patient & efficient Restaurant Manager, who always knows what his customers... especially the regular patrons, want :-)

The food is mostly continental.  Its Value-for-Money and YUM ! ... though, I personally felt that the menu was slightly more biased towards the non-veggies rather than the veggies (and I'm an NV !) ....in terms of variety.

An interesting thing that sets these guys apart from others is the cool "names" of their servers :-) ....they add to the fun element here....apart from occasional dances to famous numbers like the 'Macarena' by the crew of this establishment.... who are joined by enthusiastic guests too 😊

Overall, a nice, airy place with good food and drinks ...and a staff that is young, professional,  fun-loving and very customer-friendly. Nice place to let your hair down... ESP. with the DJ playing some nice n peppy numbers.... and never too crowded !

The outlet has an accommodation of 3 seperate areas including the bar and food section , the hopheads section nd the brewery . The bar counter is full of variant vibes with taps for more than enough house brews , spacious tabkes , chairs amd sofas for you to have time with loved ones and enjoy the lipsmacking food , hopheads is the section with brew membership that allows you to have unlimited beers , great offers , tasting for any new varint launch and may more thing . . We had great opportunity to have their chef special curated in house menu which was available for only that particular outlet . We had their .. • Ronella mocktail with Passion fruit , orange , lime , cranberry syrup and fresh leaves of mint . • Basilico with concotion of fresh apple , basil leaves , blue curacao syrup and topped with apple slices . . That included delicacies like •Ouinoa Salad , fresh , raw and good . •Honey chilli lotus stem , one of the finest , nicely chopped , well textured amd presented . •Smoked veg samosa infused with corn , potato , carrot and nice smoky flavour . . For min course we had R•oasted vegetable nd pesto panini with in house bread and pototo wedges which was nice though . •Coconut panna cotta with chilli flaked pineapple amd shredded coconut strips . •Chocolate mousse with lots of crumbled cocoa powder , sticks of caramel . . Had a great time dining here , which was our 1st chef curated menu special . If you're in search of some of the best brews thus oktober then this place won't be missed . Don't regret later on . Go...
