We purchased various items valued in excess of Rs 3000 and weighing 6.2 kgs. Requested them to courier to bangalore. Company charged Rs 720 as courier charges for 8 kgs (including packing materials). We were promised 4 days delivery. Whereas we received the material after six days. Condition of box was bad, horrible packing, weight of box was 6.8 kgs (improper n lose packing) - though they charged for extra 2 kgs of material. Surprisingly, their website says free delivery for orders above Rs 1499.. Poor communication, No customer service, very snobbish attitude- overall bad experience and do not recommend the company and...
