I never write Google reviews, it's currently 12th August 2023- which means 2000 rupees notes are still not banned and are functional according to the terms that the government has given to the citizens. The type of behaviour I received from the staff here was rude, I had told the cashier what my order is, and he calculated the total amount, which was about 1300rs, I gave him the 2000rs note, for which he started creating a tantrum that he is not allowed to take 2000rs note after I insisted him to talk to the manager, he created another reason that he doesn't have change. If that was the case, he should have told me that change was not available for the given mode of payment. This certainly means that the cashier was rude to its customer, and should have accepted 2000rs note- and if the manager is involved, he/she is basically defying the laws in which its clearly stated that 2000rs note is legal tender till September 2023.
Because of this ill-treatment, I had to cancel the order and go to Pizza Hut, which is next to this KFC outlet. They accepted my payment in 2000rs, and served me the food. That was the level of hospitality.

Read moreI ordered from KFC online for the very first time using their app on 23rd July around 8:30 pm. The estimated delivery time was shown as 9:24 pm. However, I kept waiting until 10:00 pm with no sign of my order. I tried calling the customer service number multiple times, but every time my call was disconnected with a message that all executives were busy. I was never able to actually speak to anyone.
Desperate, I contacted the delivery person, who told me he was waiting at the KFC store but no one was giving him my order to deliver. My family, especially my kids, were eagerly waiting for dinner, and we hadn’t prepared any food because we trusted our order would arrive.
Despite repeated calls to both customer service and the delivery boy until 11:00 pm, nothing worked. Finally, at 11:45 pm, I received a message that my order had been canceled. My little daughter, who was so excited, had to go to bed without eating.
