Ambience - The place is very beautifully done, elegantly in white with soothing earthy touch and sustainable set up tucked away in peace for the soothing state of Zen.
Service - The staff was really helpful and did suggest based on our requirements.
Beverages- Refreshing- this juice was made from fresh extract of Apple, Beetroot, carrot, celery and parsley and as the name suggests it was definitely refreshing mix of all healthy ingredients with great taste.
Cleansing- this juice was made from fresh extract of celery, cucumber, spinach, coriander, mint, spirulina, lime and black salt. It took us by surprise as to how tasty a healthy drink can be. Do try.
Food - Guilt free and tasty food that totally blew our minds.
Mediterranean Quinoa- We started our meal with farm fresh salad consisting of apples, walnuts, cranberries and orange segments on mixed leaves and feta cheese. Loved the preparation.
Roasted Sweet Potato Tikki Chat- which had curried peas, veggies and a perfect twist of chat to it with lime essence and mint chutney. The tikki was soft and delicious. The nutritious take on street food will leave you wanting for more.
The Green ‘Pav Bhaji’- yes you heard it correct it was Green in colour made with low card alkaline veggies served with multigrain focaccia Pav and side salad. This one definitely blew my mind. Absolutely delicious and definitely did not miss the traditional pav bhaji. Low carb, nutritious, organic and guilt free. My personal fav.
Organic Farm Fresh Vegetable Pizza- Heaty and heavenly! The highlight was the base which was made of ragi. This wood fired pizza had tomato hash, olives, jalapeño’s, sun dried tomatoes and seasoned vegetables. Just Dig in! Ps: their pizza’s can be made vegan too!
Avocado Dynamite Sushi Rolls- made with Asian heritage purple rice, avocado, veggies and to elevate it all a zing of dynamite sauce. Simply yumm! Never thought a vegan Sushi.
Desserts: Pure Coconut and Palm Jaggery Ice cream- it’s vegan, filled with protein and iron. Yes! I am talking about ice cream folks!! ❤️ tasted just how I like it with the right amount of sweetness and coconutty flavour.
Oops I dropped your Apple Tart- this gluten free dessert was made with diced Granny Smith and cinnamon, toasted buckwheat slabs and rosemary ice cream. Highly recommended.
Overall a mesmerizing experience. This place will not let you down and you'll create great memories. You don’t have to compromise on flavour and taste in order to eat healthy.

After a successful run in Koregoan Park, they have opened their new outlet in (no points for guessing) Baner. Pune is truly blessed to have two Santes. So yes, I visited their new branch and here is my experience. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful and soothing, the green and white colours are so calming. They have two sections, one huge outdoor section almost in a C shape and a tiny indoor section. Did I tell you that they have converted a bungalow into a restaurant and they have done beautifully. We entered, checked out the place and settled in for our meal. We started with drinks and they were Elixir of Life - A healthy mix of jamun, apple, celery and mint. It was a thick shake, almost like a smoothie. Looked very pretty and tasted equally good. Pink Lemonade - Oh so refreshing! A perfectly balanced lemonade with a twist. Just the perfect drink to welcome summers. Then we moved to soups and we tried Chargrilled Red Pumpkin Tom Kha - Take Pumpkin soup, Take Tom Kha soup and make something interesting. The thick rich soup was oozing with asian flavours. Taste and texture, just on point. After finishing the soup we decided to try the appetisers BeetRoot and Spinach Hummus Avocado Dynamite Sushi Roasted Fennel and Maghai Paan Duo of Roasted Garlic Mushrooms The Beetroot and Spinach hummus is their iconic dish, the hummus tastes superb and looks equally appealing. Take the khakra and scoop the hummus and you are good. The salad was very refreshing and absolutely delicious. The coconut malai in the salad was a superb twist and it tasted fantastic. Every ingredient in the salad was highlighted to its best. The sushi roll is one of the best in veg food. After stuffing ourselves with the appetisers we moved to the mains, we took one portion and we shared it. Spicy Korean Tofu Bowl A protein packed meal, it has tofu, soy protein. The seasoning of Kimchi was just delicious. The jasmine rice was super fragrant and tasted lovely. After somehow finishing the mains we reached to dessert and we tried Citrus Cedrat Cheesecake A very different and delicious cheesecake. The texture wasn’t dense at all, it was nice, light and airy.
