Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Service and Misbehavior at KFC Outlet - Pavilion Mall KFC
Dear KFC Customer Service Team,
I Adv Aniket Suryavanshi writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and food quality I experienced at your Pavilion Mall KFC today. As a loyal KFC customer of the past nine years, having visited numerous outlets across India, I am appalled by the unacceptable treatment and substandard offerings at this particular location.
The service I received was exceptionally poor. The staff member who took my order was rude and displayed unprofessional behavior. Specifically, when I requested a zero-sugar Pepsi, my request was refused without a clear explanation. Furthermore, the lady who took my order was visibly unpleasant and misbehaved towards me and my companions. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and a stark contrast to the standards I have come to expect from KFC over the years.
Adding to my disappointment, the food I received was also not up to par. This further compounded the negative experience at your outlet.
As a long-standing customer, I am deeply disappointed by this encounter. The combination of rude staff and poor food quality at this particular outlet is simply not reflective of the KFC brand I have known and trusted for nearly a decade.
I urge you to investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address the issues of staff behavior and food quality at the Pavilion Mall KFC outlet. I hope that my feedback will contribute to improving the standards at this location and ensuring that other customers do not have to endure such a negative experience.
