Hi guys pls do not send us automated replies as a formality as I see multiple bad reviews below with same issues on quality of food and bad service , with similar replies from your end which means you guys are doing nothing about it on the ground . I have complained to the Pavilion Mall management to take action against you given you don't take any action and are not bothered about your consumers.
One of the worst experience both in terms of food and service . The Mysore Dosa was bitter as the chutney inside was bitter The sambhar was more sweet than sugar and the chutney was clearly stale and had gone bad as it have a sour taste. While he changed it to plain Dosa which was neither tasty nor crispy the man at the counter seemed to do is a favour by even answering us. Very bad service and experience. Pls do not visit this place it's not worth it Rs 170 for such bad food . And top it all the person will make you feel as if we need to take it or leave it with his demeanor...
