I usually don't rate restaurants this bad but i had no other option. Oh god, the food was horrible. I choose this restaurant looking at the google reviews thinking it was a decent place with my wife because it was her birthday. We got a table and settled down. Literally despite multiple waiters there no one came to our table to help us with the menu. We got it after 10 to 12 minutes after me telling them give us the menu. After giving the menu again for 15 minutes no body came to our table, there was no captain assigned to us to help with the order. I literally called them 3 times. We wanted some information regarding an item on the menu and for a moment we kept the menu back on the table. Just then one server comes quickly, takes one of our menu without asking us anything or talking to us and immediately give that to one of the other table. Absolutely unprofessional and 0 % customer concern. Then finally after me telling them about this, then sent the other person and give the menu and I immediately ordered two appetizers from the menu because we were tired of waiting and were extremely hungry.
Cheese Corn Balls (289 Rs) 2 Chicken Drums of Heaven (329 Rs)
Omg i just cannot tell you the disappointment I had after getting both of these. The Cheese Corn ball had 90 % corn and 10 % Cheese in it. I have posted the pictures below, just look at the the quantity and quality of the food. I know a lot of restaurants these days are hyping up their prices but at least most of them give justice to the food they serve with the quality for their high prices. But here it was totally a different situation. Coming to the Drums of Heaven, the name of it was Chicken Drums of Heaven ( Chicken Lolipop with Indo Chinese preparation) I seriously don't know what to say. I have posted pictures of what I got. I have had this item at least 100 times in several other restaurants. You guys can look for it on google if you want. The chicken drums of heaven were literally just fried chicken lolipop with no chinese sauce, no seasoning, no taste, absolutely blant. Me and my wife were so hungry that just ate what we got and wanted to get out of that restaurant at that point without even thinking about main course.
I told about about my experience to one of the guy out there and he called the Chief and Chief told me that it comes just like that. Later on after me telling him about indo chinese gravy on drums of heaven and difference between that and lolipop he said ya right it comes with both but you have to mention it explicitly!!!!!! Are you guys serious? Did you give an option in the menu to specify? No did you server ask us after we ordered it? No!! Do you guys want us to come to the kitchen and help you out? I'm telling you that you will have a 10 times better Chicken on the street than here. The chief then asked me if he can give me anything else but I simply rejected because I didn't care about anything else after having this bad food in the first place but I'm glad at least he asked. To be honest, I didn't care about the food prices but when you serve such a thrid class food for that price, it's literally looting. On top of that even the cold drinks were not cold. We literally haf to add 3 to 4 ice cubes to make it cold which again made it completely diluted. Abolutely pathetic. The only thing that was descent about this place was the ambience. It was a horrible experience. I simply paid the bill and left. I just wanted to explain the situation to the front desk lady and instead of offering help she told us people come here for food quality. Lol. We just left at that time.
Another interesting thing about this place: These people will charge you service charge by default in your bill.
So i basically paid service charge for this pathetic service and experience. These people are just taking full benifit of customers. I am an absolute foodie but I will never ever recommend this...

Read moreI recently visited SKYE at Eternia Rooftop and was disappointed by the unjustified imposition of a service charge. As a customer who opted to pay through a third-party app, I encountered an uncomfortable situation where the restaurant insisted on charging a 10% service fee, despite the government's clear guidelines stating that such charges are optional.
SKYE at Eternia Rooftop's conduct not only violated the government's instructions but also infringed upon my rights as a consumer. It is crucial for businesses to respect and uphold these guidelines, as they are in place to safeguard consumer interests and promote fair business practices.
Furthermore, the restaurant's insistence on enforcing the service charge, as clearly displayed on a board within the establishment, reflects a lack of consideration for customer preferences and freedom of choice. By coercing customers to pay this fee, they create an unwelcoming and confrontational atmosphere, tarnishing the overall dining experience.
It is disheartening to encounter such disregard for consumer rights in an establishment that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I believe it is essential for the relevant authorities to take swift action and ensure that SKYE at Eternia Rooftop complies with the government's guidelines, rectifying their practices and treating customers fairly.
I sincerely hope that this review serves as a reminder to SKYE at Eternia Rooftop and other establishments to respect consumer rights and adhere to the regulations set forth by the government. As customers, we should have the freedom to choose whether to pay service charges, without facing undue pressure or coercion.
I urge the management of SKYE at Eternia Rooftop to promptly address this issue, reevaluate their policies, and implement necessary changes to prevent similar violations in the future. It is my hope that they will make amends and restore trust among...
