My recent visit to Tao-Fu at JW Marriott Pune was a memorable culinary experience, made even better by the attentive service from Roshan. Her hospitality ensured a seamless dining experience, with prompt service and insightful recommendations.

We started with the Shanghai Chicken Dim Sum, which arrived in a delicate, translucent wrapper, revealing a juicy and well-seasoned filling. The balance of flavors was spot on, and the dim sum had a satisfying bite.

Next, the Sichuan Chili Tofu delivered exactly what you'd expect—bold, fiery flavors with the perfect combination of crispy and silken textures. The tofu was coated in a rich, spicy sauce that packed heat but didn’t overpower, making it an excellent appetizer.

For the main course, we had Udon Noodles, which were cooked to the right level of chewiness. The dish had a comforting, umami-rich flavor with a well-balanced soy-based sauce, fresh vegetables, and a hint of smokiness from the wok.

The restaurant was made specifically aware of a special occasion being celebrated. Usually, a reputed hotel like marriott offers a courtesy dessert, but seems like Tao Fu at JW marriott is only interested in pleasing foreigners and not their own countrymen! Both the tables next to us had foreigners, who apparently got complimentary desserts and pictures clicked with the staff and probably a more personalised service where my best friend and i barely got any service for the birthday dinner we were looking for. There was something wrong with the food, since both of us have bad stomachs at the moment. Neither of us are allergic to anything, so yea it's probably something to do with the way they handle food. Service is not upto the mark at all for the kind of pricing they have. Food i would say is pretty bland and definitely needs improvement. Please don't go here for your special occasion as you would only feel disgusted at how you get treated in a hotel in comparison to the foreigners occupying tables next to you....

Absolutely love Tao Fu! This Asian restaurant has become our go-to spot for a delightful culinary experience. My partner and I cannot resist the scrumptious food, the mouthwatering cocktails, and the exceptional atmosphere during their Sunday brunch.
