McDonald's — Restaurant in Pune

It started bad as I had been trying to reach them via mobile phone for booking for birthday n the num was never reachable. After reaching the venue finally with guests, I asked for the enclosed area, they said that it would be chargable as 1000 per hour. However, i argued that there were no special arrangements like balloons or music, etc that come with the charge we pay.. Only need was to get all my guests on one place as the seating otherwise is scattered. After all the talk, they still stuck to their point n just made available nearby seating. It was a very bad experience. It was my son's birthday n we were all seated scattered. To top it all, kids could not hold themselves in one place so it was disturbance for other customers as well. Staff could have understood my request and acted wisely.

About food - The bread used with the burgers seamed to be not that fresh. It was mot dense n broke with a bite. I had orderd Mc Vegie Mesls n Happy Meals. I did not cross check, but seems like they billed me for wheat bread however i did not ask for it.

They forgot to give the Toy in our Happy Meal. We had ordered 9 happy meals n none had the toy. :( They got all burgers n fries in one tray, they were lying on table for about 10 min until when I asked for tray to serve my guests. The burger n fries had become cold by then :|
