I called blue diamond on Thursday, 4th November, 2021at 11.30 am, for reservation of Maharashtrian meal visiting on Friday, 5th November 2021,at 1 pm. for my mother-in-law, eldest sister, myself n husband. Enquired the meal plan n confirmed about our choices as my mother-in-law is 85 years old n sister is 74. So both of them interested in Maharashtrian meal. We don't want to take them to any place in crowd of Pune, because of COVID-19. So selected the Mystic Masala restaurant. When we ordered for Modak n solkadhi first of all they simply refused. When I told that yesterday I have confirmed for it specifically he just pretended for any possibility. Then he declared that it is not possible. So we ordered the menu out of which shevagyachi amati was just a dal fry with low spice tadaka. Then puranpoli is just a puran paratha. Bharali wangi was tasteless n uncooked. Masala baat is also without any masala. Poli/ chapati was a big fulka. Even ghee provided was very less quantity though we demanded for more. Aaluchi paattal bhaaji was a joke altogether. Overall experience was below grade even not upto the mark. Taken every precaution while reserving a table and we simply ruined our time n money. We paid 6200/- which is not worth. I will never think of visiting again n will remember the great disappointment faced. Refund me the amount paid is a must. It is my hard earned money...

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Mystic Masala Restaurant at Blue Diamond, Pune (मिस्टिक मसाला रेस्टोरेंट)—and what an experience it was! This place is truly a five-star delight with an ambiance that blends luxury and tradition beautifully.
The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality, soothing interiors, and a calm, elegant vibe. What impressed me the most was that the chef personally visited our table, asking about our preferences and ensuring everything was to perfection—a rare and heartwarming gesture!
We indulged in an amazing spread and every dish was an absolute winner:
Juicy Prawns – perfectly cooked with rich spices, bursting with flavour.
Tender Chicken Starters – succulent and spiced just right.
Stuffed Mushroom Delicacies – earthy, creamy, and addictive!
Chicken Biryani – aromatic, flavour-packed, with each grain of rice cooked to perfection.
And yes, the desserts were the sweetest ending to a royal meal. From the first bite to the last, everything screamed finesse and quality.
The staff here is exceptionally courteous and attentive, making you feel like royalty. The ambience is luxurious yet cozy, perfect for family dinners, celebrations, or even a quiet evening...

The packaging is exquisite, in cute paper boxes not an ounce of spillage, which is remarkable. It was a Birthday Celebration order that I placed and they asked if we need a Bouquet for which 1000/- was charged. The Bouquet was indeed pretty. The fare was as follows:-
Murg Musaallam:- priced at 1600/- this dish is a whole baked chicken with three sides. The chicken is tasty, wouldnt have hurt if it was a tad more soft and moist, The sides, a thick and creamy Salan gravy, a pilaf, and a chicken kofta set. Feast for the eyes as well.
Three Biryanis each priced at 750/- , a Lamb biryani and two chicken Biryanis- Lamb biryani was above average, well spiced and Succulent pieces of Lamb.
The chicken biryani was boneless as well, perfectly cooked rice, garnished with fried onions, the masalas was a consistent mix among the bed of rice. Salan gravy was indeed nice and thick, along with crispy papodams and raita.
A nice joyful evening spent with...
