Onesta Viman Nagar, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

I would say onesta is one of the worst experience I had till date . Let me brief you ,then you can decide for yourself . I entered onesta viman nagar at 10 PM along with my wife and daughter who were interested to have pasta or pizza so I ordered one small pizza ,one white sauce pasta, one chicken bowl and spinach ravioli. My order was taken at 10:20 PM , so we were siting idle for 20 min waiting for waiter to take my order. Our first order came at 10:45 PM and that was small pizza . After that we were just waiting for next item(ravioli) but it came after I asked them thrice for my order. So we have spent almost 1 hour and only 2 items were served . When we finished ravioli I asked for next item and then came the response which changed the whole scenario . They said white pasta will be ready in few minutes and they don't have chicken rice bowl .So after 1 hour they are saying they are not gonna serve me one item and another item(pasta) which came in at 11:20 PM was one of the worst pasta we had .I cannot control my anger anymore and had to confront the waiter as there was no manager . He told they are understaffed so this happened and he was sorry ,but it was clear from his face that he was not at all sorry for all this .Anyways long story short "Don't visit Onesta" if you don't want to ruin your day or food.

I recently dined at Onesta and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The quality of the food was not up to par, as it lacked freshness and seemed pre-prepared.

The taste of the dishes was underwhelming, with flavors that didn't blend well and left much to be desired. One particular letdown was the pizza with extra cheese, which surprisingly had less cheese than a normal pizza you'd get elsewhere. This was a major disappointment as a cheese lover.

Moreover, the portion sizes were quite small for the prices charged, making it feel like you're not getting value for your money. I would have preferred visiting a local store for pizza, where I know I would get a better deal in terms of taste, portion size, and overall satisfaction.

Additionally, I felt pressured when the staff insisted on receiving a 5-star rating, which should be the customer's right to decide based on their experience. This approach of influencing ratings rather than earning them through exceptional service and quality is disappointing and raises questions about the restaurant's integrity. Overall, my experience at Onesta left much to be desired, and I would not recommend it to others seeking a satisfying...

Worst experience today. I am a regular customer over here but today was waste of money. Very poor service and blant food. I had ordered chicken meatballs with fries and they literally gave me 5 meatballs with 7 8 fries and cup of mayonnaise .The meatballs were blant and stinking. And one of the fries was burnt. I had also ordered iced tea, the waiter did told me they were out of ice, but when I saw other customers had ice with their beverages. Fine that one is on me, cause I still ordered it without ice, and it tasted bad. I seriously wish I had taken a photo and posted over here, but I was angry and it didn't struck my mind then. Also I didn't wanna create ruckus at 10pm and ruin other customers mood that's why I left silently. But ONESTA MANAGER IF YOU ARE READING THIS, do reply to this. Seriously it was complete...
