Pizza Hut | Baner Pashan, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

Today I went to dine in and ordered chicken medium pizza and lemon mint mojito .The person who took the order wasn’t listening properly .I have to repeat the order more then 10 times .I asked him how much time will it take he said 5mins I was surprised and I said okay .He was least bothered about his work and customer .His service was 0 .After 45 mins I had to ask if the order was ready and he wasn’t sure about it .I was in a hurry and I asked him to do take away ..He gave us mojito which was just soda no lemon no mint and he simply said there is no lemon and mint and it’s out of stock if he knew that lemon and mint are out of stock he should have advised before I made the payment later on he said we don’t do refund and asked him to replace with another drinks and take away the soda he was offering but he said he will not take the soda as we need to drink it .Common Pizza Hut what kind of people do you hire who doesn’t have any knowledge about products nor customer service . Pizza made was worst it was too salty had to throw it away . There was no customer in the restaurant and it was not a rush hour then why the pizza was not too salty and mojito without lemon and mint and the person was very rude he wasn’t listening what I was saying .Pathetic employee and his service was worst . Why was he even working there when he doesn’t have intrest to work .It’s a loss of business .Never came across such service till date in Pizza Hut .Hopeless ,pathetic and worst service and tables were dirty and even his hands were wet and water was dripping when he hold the glass.Needs to maintain hygiene during this...

29Sep2024: This third class outlet HAS DONE IT AGAIN !! They accepted online order and after 35min a lady calls that the rider is not available and they need to book a porter. I knew the pizza will arrive cold, but the lady promised it will be Hot & Fresh. But It arrived COLD after an hour of placing the order. I rightly rejected the delivery. The lady is so idiotic that she kept refusing it's cold. Upon persistence says she will send fresh pizza in 2 hours or evening! What an unprofessional staff operating an international pizza chain 🤮🤮 This has happened in the past as well a couple of times. I thought they might have improved, but NO. They spoiled my lunch and I had to eat instant noodles as in the picture. And after last year's similar experiences I always choose CASH ON DELIVERY. Atleast I was saved of the refund headache today. SHAME ON YOU Pizza Hut Manager as well as employees who want to earn money spoiling...

Dine In::: Jan2024. Very tasty pizzas. But they forgot to serve the mirinda, had to remind them. Also the drink was not chilled, but just about coldish. Basically inattentive service & unreliable drink fountain! Will not order a drink again. The pizza however is very delicious!

Online Order:::;Due to their system glitch for the last 2 orders app shows Ready for pick up for home delivery order. Then a message comes it's been dispatched and app updates to Food has arrived, whereas no one delivered. Then manager calls after 40min that order is ready and will be delivered. The pizza arrives finally, but cold. Upon telling the store manager he send the entire order again with 1 extra pizza. A very nice gesture by the manager , but we don't want free pizza, we want ON TIME.
