My recent visit to TG's at Hyatt, Pune, was an outstanding private dining experience that I highly recommend. Their experiential set menu, available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, offers a perfectly curated culinary journey. The meal began with a comforting and flavorful soup, followed by two incredible appetizers. The pan-fried dumplings were crispy yet tender, and the bao was fluffy, filled with a delightful medley of flavors. For the main course, the non-vegetarian prawn curry paired with sticky fried rice was a treat, bursting with rich, balanced flavors. The vegetarian option was equally exquisite, featuring snow peas, asparagus, and tofu in a coconut curry, alongside broccoli, beans, and water chestnuts in a coriander bean sauce, all paired with sticky fried rice. The desserts were the highlight of the meal – the lemongrass panna cotta and matcha tea crème brûlée were beautifully crafted, offering a perfect mix of textures and subtle sweetness to end the experience on a high note. TG's truly excels in delivering a memorable fine dining experience with impeccable service, a serene ambiance, and dishes that are a work of art. A must-visit for anyone in Pune looking for a sophisticated culinary adventure! Special mentions-Chef Akash and Sanika, who prepared our food under the teppenyaki concept with finesse. Read moreThe arrival of TG's, the latest Teppanyaki restaurant at the Hyatt Pune, has ignited a culinary fervour in me! TG's offers an immersive dining experience that beautifully marries traditional Japanese Teppanyaki cuisine with modern flair.
The moment you step into TG's, you are transported into a world of understated elegance and refinement. The restaurant's interior boasts a sleek, contemporary design with a touch of Japanese minimalism, which sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The Teppanyaki grills take center stage, where skilled chefs showcase their culinary prowess, creating a theatrical experience for diners. The 12 cover teppanyaki PDR looks like it is set in your own personal living room, it’s cosy, chic, and classy.
TG's menu is a testament to the culinary excellence it promises. I was floored with the Coconut Curry, Udon Noodles, Basil Rice, Baos, and not to forget the delectable Gyozas among other things.

Read moreOne of the worst experience the Hyatt management has.Its my husband's birthday we had booked our table through dineout and got the confirmation as well still after reaching there we were not allowed as per them they said we had no booking after showing them confirmation they hesitated and said they had a private parry planned. And moreover the booking was by some very known Rustom Contractorwala as per them. Someone lady related to Mr. Contractorwala has an attitude as if she owned the property and was waiting as a security guard so nobody enters the restaurant. Such a shame the brand Hyatt has this kind...
