The Grand Buffet - Barbeque Destination Phoenix Mall — Restaurant in Pune

my FIRST and LAST serving with THE SO CALLED GRAND BUFFET..went there with family for dinner buffet to celebrate my birthday..!!! worst dinner ever...spoiled my bday celebration. if you are a BBQ lover its better u go ABS @ season or BBQ in kalyani...this is not the place where u would love BBQ...

their staff has so much of miscommunication among themselves and don't know where to make their patrons sit..i was relocated to different table TWICE.!! it took them 15 minutes to start the starters and get the grill for us. chicken wings tasted stale; chicken seekh was half cooked and tasted stale and bad, prawns had too much salt in its marination. after the 1st serving none of th waiter cared to ask us what other skewers we wanted until i had to reach out to manager to ask how else can we get someone's attention to bring more food...!!! only thing which i finally liked was chicken biryani in main course...

I wish i would have went to cafe Arabia or KFC at phoenix than this waste of time n money GRAND...

I had been here for dinner buffet last time on 16th May 2018 on my birthday as suggested by one of my friend.Experiance was really pathetic. and starters were too spicy and coloured fully. They were running out of tissues papers, when we finished dinner and asked for tissue paper, they were saying they don't have to provide.Moreover Big Rats were roaming in the restaurant.

Again, I have been here recently on 01/14/2019 accidently by collegues choice. This time food was really low quality, it was filled with colors and taste is too bad. Chicken was too oily, Prawns were low quality, Desserts were very bad and laddu was expired even, hair was appreared in Ice Cream. Only the mutton curry in main course was good but not best. Rest all messed up.

This restaurant needs a lot of improvement and need quality in food. Service was good but there is no use if you don't get what you went...

Food: taste is nothing to be remembered for. Less than average. Also it gets finished soon.

Service: although waiter looking after our table was good & prompt but the problem is with management. Food gets over very soon and main course dishes are just left with gravy. Really are you serious that for a "buffet" place??? On last occasion when I went there for the first time during initial days of this restaurant 2-3 years back then everything was awesome and I had rated 5 as well but looking at the current situation I would say avoid this place.

To add salt to the wound, when you just enter the restaurant, rather than being greeted you are said like 3.30 pm is the closing time even though you are just about entering at 2 pm. What sort of behavior is that?? Failed to understand. Do you ever tell your guests about when they...
