ii. Seven months ago i had given this outlet a three star, as some items were good some could be improved. They promised to be better next time. But this time I have to downgrade them to two star. We ordered the breakfast Japanese style pancakes, rich hazelnut truffle pastry, Vietnamese shakerato and iced orange mocha coffee. Pancakes, though not like Japanese, were good hence the two star. Pastry had no Hazelnut not chocolate only colour and a thick and coloured sweet sugar paste which was supposed to be hazelnut and chocolate. Vietnamese drinks good but the other didn't have any orange or chocolate. i. I ordered a ham and cheese bagel, a mushroom croissant and Vietnamese cold coffee. The bakery items were really good. Croissant crisp on the outside and bready inside and bagel fresh and dry like a burger bun - but chewy like elsewhere. But not VFM, as the stuffing inside was very little. I tried calling this cafe multiple times and the number is not reachable. I am a regular here and I had a deceitful experience on 22nd Aug. I ordered - 2 packets of El Diablo Blend ground for MokaPot + a few desserts. The person billing upsold me two packets of El Diablo Blend for a lower price. Since, I anyway drink this coffee everyday, I accepted it. For some reason the person preferred to bill the desserts separately but he did not make me scan the app twice so the coffee order did not get logged in the Third Wave app. Worst thing – they handed me their standard brown paper package and I happily accepted it trusting them to have put 2 coffee packs inside, but instead, I only found one. They charged me for 2 packs but never put 2 in the package 😡 The reason I am writing this review is because I am travelling right now and I cannot visit the cafe to complain.
