Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

Very Disappointed Experience. I was genuinely shocked during my first visit to a Burger King in India. I expected the same standards as in the UK, but sadly, it was a disappointing experience.

First of all, there was no air conditioning inside, and in the extreme heat, it was boiling hot. It made the whole visit very uncomfortable.

When I went to order at the till, I was told they don’t take orders in person and that I had to scan a code and use an app. I tried to explain that I have a UK number and my internet wasn’t working in India, but they simply said there was no other way to order. Eventually, I had to use my mum’s phone just to place the order.

To make things worse, I noticed there were flies inside the restaurant, which is shocking for a food place — especially a global brand like Burger King.

I hope the management looks into these issues because this is not the standard expected from...

Very much disappointed by the staff of burger king..i went thr just to use washroom...a sardar with specs was standing at the counter..he hasn't spoken any word until I went to washroom ,after tht he started saying that's its closed. Then they switched off the lights from outside..n it was totally blackout in the washroom. Thankfully I was having my mobile with me. When I came out asked why they behaved like this all of a sudden then he was not even replying to my words n was enjoying his drink, then when I started shouting that how can they behave like this to a female for using washroom only, then an another employee came to apologize. (2021 Review) This place is not what they use to be, burger king's advertisements are complete deceiving not recommended anymore. Burger king's volcano is not recommended firstly the picture shown in ad or menu is completely opposite to what they offer in real, my volcano was missing lettuce, just two onions ring and overspiced kidney beans with a little layer at the bottom! This is a complete deception, the taco is empty from top to mid, very bad not expected at all. Now i am not ordering anything from burger king! Their other whooper burgers are not what they use to be. Overall burger king is not recommended at all.
