NIK BAKER'S — Restaurant in Punjab

I am from Chandigarh. I am a regular customer of nik sector 35 and in Jublie walk. I visited nik bakers Jal yesterday. After 15 mins n after keep asking for water they serve us water. We paid bill for 1500 on coffee n sandwiches. They gave us one cookie with hot coffee. Whn we asked for another cookie waiter refused to serve us in vry rude way.He said we are not allowed. Whn I asked to manager he also refused. We got vry disappointed. If a customer is above 1500 bill with gst and with all your taxes included. Cnt you serve a single cookie to them. It's vry disrespectful as in customer service line. And we are asking for 3-4 cookies it was just a one single cookie. N customer b itna besharam ni hota k vo bar bar cookie he mangega.For this Chandigarh nik bakers are far better in services n even staff is very co-operative there. We nvr got any kind of complaint from there. Nik bakers Jalandhar plz ask your staff to visit once Chandigarh's nik bakers once. Nice place but they don’t provide you with a menu and ask you take photos of the menu at the counter

Then you give you a coffee in a paper cup which I find annoying

Staff don’t smile or be extra friendly so you won’t remember them for their niceness

I noticed India all staff need a class to be extra nice and friendly, they work like they hate their job, for a posh place i expect them to be nicer as you find more nicer friendly people in the market space, this is my observation just in general about professional places

I not bothering to order food though it looks nice on their poster on the counter as I didn’t like their attitude

The boss of this cafe needs to let people sit at the table and decide what they going to eat rather going to the counter and looking at the pictures, my mother can’t walk much so they said take photos for her

I won’t be back here anymore as you can’t bring someone older with you that has a issue with...

Nice place with pure bakery products along with lavish snacks n meals, They have huge menu and variety of products from shakes to mojitos, from pasta to different pizzas, from thi curry to muffins, from black tea to hazelnut coffee, from frappe to fries. Everything under one roof.

#Kharcha But bit expensive, your pocket will feels like u ate in 5 star restaurant.

#Mahol Ambiance is nice with #selfservice. You will have option for order from table via bar code. Nice playlist and perfectly lit up.

#Baitho They have plenty of seatings with 5 sets of 4 seating sofas with table, and so many table chairs of 2 & 4 occupancy.

#Swaad I ordered 1 Veg green THAI CURRY ( nicely prepared & served with rice n lemon) & 1 Red Velvet Shake ( shake topped with whipped cream and garnished with triangular red velvet cake served in signature maroon paper glass)
