Domino's Pizza | Harihar Chowk, Puri — Restaurant in Puri

I recently ordered from Domino’s and had a very unpleasant experience. My order was delivered nearly 1 hour late, which was frustrating as a customer. However, what upset me even more was witnessing how the delivery person was being harassed — despite the fact that it was raining heavily at the time. The more frustrating fact is the store is not picking up the call 🤬🤬🤬

It’s completely unfair to expect flawless delivery during such extreme weather and then mistreat the delivery staff for delays that were clearly beyond their control. As a customer, I was unhappy with the delay, but I also understand that safety comes first and the weather was terrible. The delivery person looked stressed and even apologized several times unnecessarily.

Dominos should take action on whatever this is happening, literally it was raining, and dominos was not ready to shut it's app rather harassing many people by delivering the order 2hrs late.... Like seriously? Why the damn anyone will take this hectic shit? Be like zomato who suddenly puts off their app rather than harassment to delivery person and the...

TL;DR Version: Old school Domino's vibes with good quality and tasty pizzas. Some items from the menu like the Jalapeño Cheese dip and the soda fountain were not available. However, the garlic bread and Champaran Veg Pizza both were delicious.

Food: It's Domino's. Don't think we need to describe the flavors etc. Given it's a franchise based model the thing that I would comment on is whether they were able to replicate the standard set by other stores I've visited in India and the answer is YES. The Garlic bread was delicious and very similar to the one that we've become accustomed to now. We tried a new Pizza from the East Specials range called Champaran Pizza and the sauce that gives it its name was very good. To end the meal we had the Choco Lava and I wish it had been baked a bit more so that we could have the slight crunchy/sticky cake edges along with the gooey chocolate.

It was also good to see that their delivery fleet is predominantly electric and the staff taking the orders and making the pizzas...

I was staying in hotel near to swargadwar and time was 9:30 . I ordered pizza of 900 rs and i was paid that amount. They called me after 20 mints and tell me that you have to come and collect your order. My every delevery parter is busy, we can't able to delivered. And after that they denied to receive my call. I called multiples of time. After that one man call me and telling that I placed your order to your hotel but your have pay extra 200 rs for that. I have no any option at that time because there is no option of food. I request many of time to him but they rigid. Than they placed my order and take 200. Pizza become totally cold .I have proof of that money which I give to him and ordered bill too. They behave very ruide with me. I never expect this types of behavior by the staff's of Domino's which is brand of India. Same on Domino's. I live this on youtube.
