Baori View Restaurant — Restaurant in Rajasthan

We visited Baori View Restaurant during our stay in Bundi and had a delightful experience. We ordered the Tikki Burger, Veg Cheese Burger, Paan Shake, and Mint Mojito.

The Paan Shake was a standout. wonderfully refreshing with a rich paan flavour that was both unique and delicious. The Tikki Burger came with a crisp yet soft-on-the-inside aloo tikki patty, tucked in a perfectly toasted bun with mayonnaise that leaned slightly sweet and tangy.

The Veg Cheese Burger was hearty, with a wholesome vegetable patty, plain mayo, and fresh onions and tomatoes. Both burgers were lightly spiced, making them enjoyable without being overwhelming. The Mint Mojito offered a sweet and tangy balance, leaving a refreshing finish.

Service was moderately paced, but the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous, which added to the experience. The ambience of the restaurant is truly charming, though a little upkeep would enhance it further.

But why, I ask, when you can already witness not a tiger, but “The Tiger” prowling around his natural habitat, the kitchen and roof top dining area of Baori View Restaurant in Bundi. This vivacious local boy, Mohammed “Tiger”, will delight you with his culinary skills and beguile you with his personality. I had the pleasure of eating at the Baori View Restaurant a number of times and was always delighted, my favourites being the Kashmiri Biriyani, the Aubergine Tomato Curry and the Chicken Kadia, all flavour sensations with their own styles. I stayed in the Bundi Guest house for four nights, choosing only to eat here at the guest house’s Baori Restaurant. In the morning I was always greeted with a delicious chai. And Mohommed would remember what I liked for breakfast. Dinner was delicious variety every night. The flavours were incredible. And while the food was delicious, the service was just as our standing. Danesh has a true talent for hospitality, an eye for detail and a manner befitting the highest quality Michelin restaurant. But the best thing? The welcoming, arms wide open hospitality, like old friends meeting again.
