Sawan Cafe is a charming restaurant situated on the rooftop of a residential home in Bundi. The owner, Sawan, is incredibly kind and hospitable. During my visit, he shared how the cafe had to relocate from a more premium location near Garh palace due to COVID-19. Despite the new location not being as ideal, the warmth of Sawan's hospitality and the quality of their food remain outstanding. It's a tiny cafe and you'll have to negotiate a small flight of (horrid) stairs to get to the seating area (2 tables). Hygiene is not really high on the agenda here but you'll see the tiny kitchen on the way to the eating area.
