Vijay Kumar, who is just an employee has intolerable behaviour, he acts as if he owns the shop. Yesterday, we came and ordered 2 waffles and gave a ₹500 rupee note but because HE DID NOT have change of ₹10 he told us and I quote “Go back in the car and get ₹10, then I’ll take your order”. I told him to keep the money and left the store. He didn’t even apologise. This is the kind of behaviour they exhibit against the people who give them their daily wages. Belgian waffle must take strict action and remove such staff, moreover train your staff that consumer is king. If such an incident was reported, not many people would’ve left without making a huge situation. So at the belgian waffle here you’ll be paying for your food and tolerating the staff’s inappropriate behaviour. Being treated as if the staff earns more than you,...

Never went to the shop but yes to the food it's the bestest superb taste.....I loved it....if ever I would prefer waffles in udaipur that would be the Belgian waffles.... especially the peanut butter n honey almond n red velvet.....thank u guyz keep it up n yes from past 4 weeks m upset coz I try to order food online but it's not available in yes...swiggy sot to respond me as fast as u get my opinions about your shop .....😘😘😋😋 N please update ur phone number in Google about ur shop...... looking forward to...

I had the pleasure of trying the Belgium Waffle with Nutella and ice cream at the Sukhadiya Circle location in Udaipur, and it was truly a delightful experience.
