WORST, WORST, WORST || PATHETIC & DUMB Staff || Please do not visit this place else you may get highly EMBARRASSED. We went to Sukhadia Circle outlet and we were 4 people. 2 of us,were our guests from outside and we two were there hosts as we are localites. I orderd Two Packages for both the guests and A-la-Carte for us both. We all four were sitting on a table and i was happy to host my guests. I was shocked when suddenly staff cam and refused to serve four of us on the same table. They asked two of us to sit on another table. I was so embarrassed and shocked. I asked the staff, "How would it be possible that my guests would be sitting at one corner on Diff. Table and we (as hosts of our guests) would be sitting at another corner on Diff. table? How we will host our guests then? Will it not be embarrassing?" But the foolish and insulting staff with no etiquettes, refused us to serve the food. Such behaviour from a place where you are paying good amount of money, was totally against hospitality ethics. I left the place immediately with my guests with a sense of high regret that why i visited such disgraceful place. There are hundreds of restaurants in the city who treat you with great regard and warmth hospitality, then why to visit PATHETIC & INSULTING restaurants like SAFFRON, Sukhadia Circle. Read moreI had a weird experience in Saffron Restaurant when l went there for dinner today. I ordered cream of mushroom soup and other items which the waiter brought. The food was of average quality. Nothing great. After finishing my dinner, I asked for the bill. Lo and behold !! The bill mentioned ice cream which I did not have in the dinner. I was surprised. I pointed out this mistake to the staff, expecting that they will feel embarrassed and promptly correct the mistake. What did the do? The billing guy sheepishly said that he had included ice cream instead of soup in the bill and asked me to pay for the ice cream. I said the price of ice cream was higher than the soup and asked why should I pay for an item which I never had. With a big smile on his face, he said: "Sir, paanch rupey hi to zyada hain. Aap paanch rupey kam de dijiye." (Sir, it is only five rupees more. You pay five rupees less.) I was zapped. I said I won't pay for an item which I didn't eat. Please make a fresh bill with correct entries. The billing guy then printed a new bill with a great reluctance. This entire episode taught me a good lesson: Never trust the staff of restaurants with big names and glittering lights. They are as good or as bad as the...

The extra food was...
