The manager of this restaurant on the evening of 05.02.2022 MISBEHAVED with us. I don’t know his name otherwise I would have surely mentioned it. We were a large group of 20 people. The Pizzas served were horrible. We ordered 3 pizzas but he brought 4 and FORCEFULLY billed us for the extra pizza. The cheap fellow was trying to THREATEN us with his LOUD VOICR and was SCOLDING us. He was creating a scene in the restaurant and made us very UNCOMFORTABLE. It seemed he was willing to push us out of the restaurant if we dared to COMPLAIN about BAD quality of food. Very ARROGANT, CHEAP fellow who is 100% unqualified to serve in the hospitality industry. If this restaurant continues to work with such staff, it will surely shut down. Earlier we used to be there regular customers. But today was our last visit. It is better to eat at a DHABA instead of this restaurant. Even the Dhaba person would listen and provide good quality. I’ve never in my life had such a WORST experience in any restaurants in the world. The manager created a scene and had absolutely no respect for the fact that we were with our families. He would have received an excellent scolding from us only if we weren’t with our families. We didn’t want to create a scene. The fellow was teaching us dining etiquettes. He told us to “get comfortable”. What does that mean ? He asked us whether we are interested to dine or not!! Will he put us out?? How dare he. The cheapest we was so adamant, rude, dishonest and inhospitable, he billed us 4 pizzas and packed the pizza which we hadn’t even ordered. The only such experience I’ve ever had in my life at a restaurant. I hope to never have such an experience again. It’s better to only go to good places as when we dine we want to enjoy, relax and have a good time. This restaurant’s manager surely has the capability to ruin anybody’s evening. Nobody enjoyed the evening at this restaurant ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BAD QUALITY MANAGER AND HIS HORRIBLE...

We decided to celebrate my niece's first birthday at Dine House, located on 6th Floor of Unity One mall, although it was a last-minute decision and we arrived around 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, there was a large crowd and we were informed that we would have to wait for 15-20 minutes. During our wait, we witnessed several people becoming upset with the mismanagement and leaving. However, we chose to remain as our parents are senior citizens and it was raining outside, making it difficult to move. After several requests and a lengthy wait, we were finally seated at around 10:20 PM. However, the table was dirty, and despite several requests, no one came to clean it promptly.

Although the decor was pleasant, the service was subpar from the beginning. We had to request menus and servers repeatedly. For our starters, we ordered Dahi kebabs, crispy corn, mojito, and Khao suey. Unfortunately, half of the corn was served cold, and we had to ask the server to replace it. We also had to ask for bowls for the Khao suey, which took them ten minutes to provide. Already hungry due to the delay, we decided to move on to the main course. We ordered basic dals and roti, but again, it took them over 20 minutes to serve it. Despite asking multiple servers and even the manager, we received conflicting time estimates while we waited. Eventually, only one dal was served, and we had to wait an additional five minutes for the other dal. We ate to satisfy our hunger and could not enjoy the experience.

When the bill arrived, we requested to remove the service charge, but they refused, stating that it was mentioned at the entry. We ended up paying a high price for poor service, basic food, and an unpleasant experience. We do not plan to return and would not recommend it unless there are no...

The low rating is purely because of the terrible service. Both the manager and the waiter serving us were rude and full of themselves. We booked through Zomato, which included complimentary drinks with our meal. Since it was a late-night reservation, the waiters switched during our dinner, and the new waiter who brought the bill didn’t know about the free drinks, so he added them to our bill. When we asked to remove them, he said no such offer existed.

After going back and forth, we asked him to check with the previous waiter or the manager, as it was pointless for him to argue with us.He disappeared for 10 minutes and came back saying the manager was having dinner and we’d have to wait another 10-15 minutes. He even told us not to call him again and to wait for the manager.

When the manager finally showed up (after 25 minutes of us just sitting there, unable to leave without paying), he claimed there was a misunderstanding and they served chargeable drinks instead of the free ones. He said he couldn't change it because the drinks were already punched into the system, and there was nothing he could do about the "software."

We continued to insist for another 4-5 mins on having the charges removed. After the waiter became increasingly hostile the manager finally removed the charges for 4 out of the 7 drinks. After spending nearly 35-40 minutes post-meal, when we asked for the service charge to be removed, the manager began arguing again, stating that it could only be removed if we paid in cash.

In the end, we paid in cash to have the service charge removed, but the entire experience was unnecessarily frustrating...

Dine House, Rohini – A Global Veg Feast Under One Roof Visited Dine House in Rohini, and it was an absolute delight for vegetarians looking for a fine dining experience with variety and flavor. We were welcomed with strawberry & Orange shots. It took us to our childhood. The taste was so close to our orange candies We sampled four cuisines—Thai, Arabic, Indian, and Mughlai—and each dish stood out on its own: ~ Silken Tofu in Black Bean Sauce with Jasmine Rice Stir fried soft silken tofu, tossed with refined Asian vegetables and black bean sauce, topped with scallions served with Jasmin rice. Thai-inspired with a perfect balance of umami and spice. A rare and refreshing vegetarian find! ~ Tandoori Platter Assorted of tandoori malai Paneer, masala paneer, broccoli, sub seekh kebab, mushroom & stuffed aloo served with tangy tomatoes chutney. Sizzled with flavor, this platter was a crowd-pleaser with its variety and smoky perfection. ~ Dry Fruit Peshawari Naan – Rich, sweet, and indulgent; paired wonderfully with humus. We enjoyed eating it all by itself. ~ Dal Makhani & Tandoori Roti – Creamy, comforting, and just the right amount of buttery goodness. What sets Dine House apart is its chic ambience, professional service, and a menu that lets you travel the world through vegetarian food. A great spot to eat, drink, and socialize just as their tagline promises. Highly Recommended For ✔️ Vegetarians who love global flavors ✔️ Family gatherings and get-togethers ✔️ Elegant yet relaxed dining in Rohini

Manager was too rude and arrogant, he refused to remove the 10% service charge while at the time of payment as I was paying through Dineout app through hdfc info is card as he said, if I will pay through done out app then he will charge service charge so I asked him to give me written then refused to do so and once I shown him the terms and conditions of dine out app then he told me I am the first customer in his life who is not willing to pay service charge so I said if it’s not mandate and it’s on the will of customer then he said you have to ask before dinning which is so rude, while he is service industry but he act like an blackmailer so I paid the bill without app through UPI without using my card. So kindly beware before dinning and take permission from manager if anyone willing to pay through Dineout app. I have enclosed the picture of terms and conditions of my dine out app but he refused to accept payment through that if in case we are not willing to pay service charge.
