On May 31st, 2023, my wife Priyanka and I visited Bikanerwala, located in Unity One Mall, Rohini. We were eager to try the food at this renowned food outlet. While the overall atmosphere at the mall was pleasant, our experience at Bikanerwala was somewhat average.

Upon entering Bikanerwala, we were greeted by a decent ambiance. The restaurant had a clean and inviting interior, and the seating arrangements were comfortable. Priyanka ordered a thali, which she found satisfactory, while I opted for a dosa. Unfortunately, the dosa failed to meet my expectations. The taste was average, and the quality could have been better.

One aspect that stood out was the service. The staff members were polite and attentive to our needs. They promptly took our order and served the food with efficiency. However, the overall experience could have been elevated with better service in terms of attentiveness and proactive customer engagement.

Disappointing Experience at Bikaner, Unity Mall, Rohini

I recently visited Bikaner at Unity Mall, Sector 10, Rohini. Having not eaten all day, I decided to order Manchurian with noodles, paying ₹252, expecting quality food from a reputed brand. However, what I received was disappointing—cold, dry noodles that seemed to have been prepared an hour earlier and simply served as is.

I immediately informed the serving manager that the food was stale and cold, but he dismissed my concern, insisting it was fine. After some insistence, he agreed to reheat it. While they did serve it warm the second time, the damage was already done.

Within an hour of eating, I started experiencing severe stomach pain. A doctor later confirmed that I had food poisoning, most likely caused by the stale Manchurian and noodles. Not only did I suffer from a terrible dining experience, but I also had to pay medical expenses due to their negligence.

If a well-known brand like Bikaner is charging premium prices, they should maintain quality standards. Unfortunately, this outlet failed terribly. I strongly urge them to take customer concerns seriously and improve their food...

Big LIER ,FRAUD 🤥 if I can rate in minus then I give( _5) Want to tell all that in Feb 24 I purchased sweets in large quantity and the person on counter tell me I have 3K amount to redeem as money back scheme.On my next visit I purchased sweets of 800/ RS and there is a balance of 2200/ in my a/c I was told by the person on counter and asked me to redeem the same upto March 24 .In March I visited and asked for the redemption of balance money but the person on counter told me pls.pay the amount because we could not provide the facility as our software are being updated don't worry you can redeem your balance amount within one year .In March End the same software story is repeated.On 2/5/24 When I enquire about their software and my balance .Here I was told there is no such amount in your account you have only Rs. 20/which you can redeem.I decide I will never purchase from Bikaner outlet as they breached the trust of a...
