• Makkhi wala Pizza The worst place to eat pizza, even after paying a premium price for it. My family was celebrating at Pizza Hut last year, and to our dismay, we found a baked housefly on our pizza. This not only spoiled our mood but also, according to the manager and attendant, it was not a big deal for them. One of the employees even said, 'Makkhi hi to hai' (It's just a fly).

At that time, I complained via Twitter but did not receive a satisfactory reply. In response, the same Pizza Hut manager offered me a free pizza. I don't understand why I should go back to Pizza Hut where I found a baked housefly in my pizza. It seems they were expecting me to eat pizza from the same unsanitary place.

I ordered a Supreme Veggie Pizza from Pizza Hut, D Mall Rohini West (₹745), and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The first pizza served to us even had a hair in it. After raising the issue, the staff replaced it, but the second pizza was completely tasteless and disappointing.

What made the experience worse was the lack of cooperation from the staff. Despite recommending this pizza themselves, when we shared our feedback about the poor taste, they simply said, “This pizza is like this,” without offering any compensation or proper resolution.

For the price charged, I expected both better quality food and customer service, but sadly, neither...
