Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at a new restaurant to me. Although it was my first time there, I was excited to try out their menu and see what they had to offer. Little did I know, I was about to experience an unexpected incident that would leave a lasting impression. 🙈 However, as soon as I stepped into the restaurant, any doubts I had were quickly dispelled. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was warm and welcoming. As I was settling into my seat, an unexpected incident occurred,.🤯 As I was enjoying my meal, I accidentally broke a water glass. Needless to say, I was feeling quite embarrassed, I expected the worst - a public reprimand or a bill for the broken glass and the entire restaurant seemed to be watching me. 😢 But to my surprise, the staff quickly came to my rescue. One of the waiters gestured to calm me down and quickly shifted our table to a more comfortable spot while the other waiters cleaned up the broken glass and wiped the floor. The way they handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness truly put me at ease and helped me relax and continue to enjoy my meal without any further anxiety. 💕❤️ Now, let's talk about the food. We ordered dahi k kabab, kadai paneer, naan, and rola cola, and everything was absolutely delicious. The dahi k kabab was simply out of this world, and I would not hesitate to order it again and again. The rola cola was also a standout, and it paired perfectly with our meal. While the paneer dish and naan were not as impressive as the dahi k kabab, they were still enjoyable. To my surprise, when we received the bill, they did not charge us for the broken glass. It was such a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression on me. The entire experience left such a positive impression on me that I would gladly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. 🥰😍😘 Overall, I would give this restaurant a five-star rating. The staff's kind and compassionate behavior, combined with the delectable food, make this restaurant a must-visit. ♥️I’m attaching my experience pics Including bill. Enjoy!

This is a beautifully crafted restaurant, offering a variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, as well as catering to alcohol lovers and teetotalers. Located on the 3rd floor of Select City Walk Mall in New Delhi, the restaurant is spacious, offering ample seating for guests. While the restaurant is ideal for non-vegetarians, vegetarians will find mostly paneer-based dishes with only a few other options—so the selection for them is somewhat limited. Service is little slow. Table for 2 has very less space for stuff and is cramped. We ordered the following: Gol Gappe (Pani Puri) The gol gappe comes pre-filled with a small amount of filling. The water is served separately in test tubes, with the masala sitting at the bottom. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to mix the ingredients properly, which means you only get the masala at the very end. The presentation is creative, but the execution falls short, offering more style than substance. Rating: 5/10 Dal Makhani Rating - 8/10 Martaban de Aloo Rating - 8/10 Meetha Patta Mocktail A sweet drink that, unfortunately, becomes overpowering due to the excess sweetness and leaves etc. While the concept is good, the execution could be improved by balancing the flavors. Rating: 7/10 Breads Lâcha parantha - 8/10 Tandoori roti - 8/10

Being a influential blogger of the elite tourism sector of Rajasthan and Food and luxury auditor for goverment of Rajasthan Blogger's zone, I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of waiters and especially servers of Punjab Grill, 2nd floor, SELECT CITY WALK SAKET, as to highlight this to everyone that this branch of punjab grill is having illegal billing practices WHICH INCLUDES SERVICE CHARGES WHICH HAS BEEN REMOVED BY SUPREME COURTS ORDER When we received the bill, we asked them to remove the service charge ( which is optional by govt of India mandate) and nobody can enforce that to you. The server argued and started giving us irrational reasons about us not liking the service and forcing us to pay, when we tried to reason with him he misbehaved and made a very bad face n changing his pretentious hospitable attitude to rude and sarcastic one and left our table n badly threw the bill at another servers hand to give it to us .. I am amazed that having dined at the top 50 restaurants round the world I had to face such mockery of blasphemous behaviour at the hospitality food chain of Punjab Grill which is supposed to chair one of the best fine dining experience in the capital .. hence as an influencer I suggest all my followers n others to be aware of the consumer court rules regarding service charges ..and I will request you all to avoid dining at Punjab grill .. please follow my official government blog page on instagram SHAYNAN11 .. NO DOUBT THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT THE BEHAVIOUR AND SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF PUNJAB GRILL SAKET DELHI BRANCH IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC AND DEROGATORY. AS SOUTH DELHI GIRL THEY FORGET WHOM THEY ARE TALKING TO no doubt THEIR RESTAURANT REMAINS ALWAYS EMPTY BECAUSE OF THEIR VAD BEHAVIOUR OVER SERVICE CHARGES ..I AM GOING TO PUBLISH MY REVIEWS WITH HINDUSTAN TIMES DELHI AND CURVY TALES MUMBAI AMD INDIA TODAYS SPECIAL COLUMN ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE RESTRO EXPERIENCE AND TO FILE CONSUMER GRIEVANCE PETITION AT CONSUMER COURT AGAINST PUNJAB GRILLS ILLEGAL BILLING SERVICES SOON ..STAY TUNED

Terrible terrible night for me and my family we just left the restaurant around 11pm as the restaurant had forgot to serve our main course. We had our starters and drinks and ordered main course but nearly an hour later we realised a simple roti daal chicken for 3 people (2 of them 70 plus senior citizens) hadn’t come. We were served with empty plates. The staff were saying 5 min 5 min but we learned the order never went to the kitchen. We requested to pack our food as it was getting late and people coming after us were leaving and restaurant was almost empty and zero signs of our main course. Out of anger and frustration we decided to pay whatever we had and these people had the Audacity to charge Service charge 10%. Yes service charge for not serving dinner. An insult to Senior customers and food. We still paid for that and additional tips. I request Punjab Grill to take action against the manager and team. Thank you for spoiling our night and loosing a customer. Readers should know about this

Went there today for dinner. But it was so crowded and the staff was not able to manage the crowd. Food and drinks were over priced and taste was bland for all the dishes that we ordered. Starting from starters I ordered bhel puri but was given green veggies 😞😞 and it was tasteless since it was having no salt nothing. We had to wait for almost 20-25 min for every time we ordered. Then we ordered Amritsari malai kofta and naan for main course. Again had to wait for another half an hour to get served. Staff don’t bother to clean the table once the so called starters were finished. There were plates all over our table. Staff was not showing any interest in serving the dinner and cleaning the table. We had to ask trice for drinking water then only we were given. Highly disappointed with today experience. The most important last thing was the bill it was around 4500 for such tasteless experience and no one bother to ask why we didn’t finish our food. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Located on the 2nd floor of Saket Citiwalk mall where we walked in without reservations and thankfully found a vacant seat. Else it is recommended to reserve especially on weekends Given the choice of food it took us some time to find out what we want to eat. Finally we ordered Dhaga burns road Kebab a dish from Pakistan. This is a kebab made with mutton and taste similar to a Sheekh kebab. The kebab was wrapped in a thread and the entire portion is as good as a full meal for a person of medium appetite In the main course we opted for Dhingri te Pyaz a dish made with mushroom while the gravy was creamy and very tasty. We ordered Missi roti to compliment the dish I also ordered a Budweiser beer that they did not have stock off. After 5 mins our waiter came and inform so. Thus I ordered a KF ultra and the same scenario was repeated. I guess a staff should know what stock are not available so that they don’t have to face this kind of situation. Otherwise a good place for an Indian fine dining
