We went to a kid's birthday party. Ac was not working at all. Requested staff serving us atleast 10 times to switch on ac, his answer was always it's coz of the grill. Finally we didn't have much snacks and told him to remove grill, still it was very hot and humid in the back side where our whole group was given seating. Then I requested the manager atleast 50 times to check the ac, he had that shameless smile all the time and said it's working, then I confronted him that the ac control is showing temperature as 27 degree. He still kept smiling shamelessly. Then requested that shameless manager to change the table which he plainly refused.
All snacks served on gril tasted same as they were dipped in same marinated, fish was smelly and bland.
Malai tikka was good except that all snacks were pathetic.
Table service was very poor. There were much people in restuarant when we arrived . Even then we were served just few snacks and not the vegetarian ones like cajuan potato and crispy corn.
Finally when the shameless manager refused to switch on the ac and even change our table and as such all the kids were sweating and getting cranky our group decided to have the main course standing with our kids near the buffet where the air conditioning was working just perfect. The airconditioner was working best where the buffet was placed so the entire buffet was cold. Requested the guy wearing grey suit and having moustache to replenish the cold food, he replied very rudely that the dish has been replaced few mins back and this is what is to be eaten i requested him to send hot food on table but he said buffet means self service. Mutton was all off the bones and only bones could be seen in the dish. Seemed boiled and dumped in gravy. Butter chicken was not butter chicken at all it was so spicy didn't seem like butter chicken at all was some different dish altogether. All the food in buffet was cold. At first we were served cold rubbery naans on table but later on when this staff nonsense reached to saturation point the staff was reprimanded and he immediately brought hot lacha paratha.
Everything was so down market, be it service, staff behaviour or food. Salad bowls were empty, deserts were tasteless , 4 types of kulfi no flavour or test without adding additional syrups on it.
Prices here are big but the food quality service everything I think will be better in a roadside dhaba where u spend about a 1000 rupees, whereas here despite paying an exorbitant bill in thousands staff is shameless and deaf, food quality is substandard and taste is pathetic.
Finally I realised that this brand barbeque nation has become so big that now it doesn't care about customer's sentiments and it's more money oriented than being customer centric...
Never ever visiting...

Read moreFresh review: dont come here on holidays or weekends as they tend to over book. And if you do come... come in large group so that you can screem and shout that the staff to give you a table. Waited for 30 mins even after a booking and giving a table is an issue here. If you scream and shout at them them you get quicker and better table. I don't know how bad the food has deteriorated.
My review 6 months ago. I am giving my review after a year and after 4 months of this outlet shifting to new center. Food has improved by leaps and bound BUT chicken is dry and I can taste only oil. 2. Prawns were burnt in the 2nd round. 3. Fish was soft and tender but too salty. 3. Salad, Main course and desert was the saving grace. 4. Inconsistent menu for different tables. I mean one table got puchkas but not the Palak chat on the other hand one got papri chat and golgappa shots. So i mean make it same for everyone. 5. The puchkas are fried in stale oil and the Pani is bitter...major let down. 6. The mocktails...please don't order. Stick to canned drink, water or something direct from the bottle ONLY.
Staff is very friendly, cheerful, helpful and cordial.
My earlier review: This was my 2nd visit to THIS BBQ outlet. 1st they overbooked hence service was slow, which don't mind so much but my biggest disappointment was the food in total. I had given a list of pointers that they could have improved on but to my disappointment they have made worse the dishes that were good. In starters : Like the fish was one of the best dish but ruined as it was either ice cold or raw. Chicken and crispy corn had massive improvements : I am glad. Prawns still a borderline edible. In main course : All the Rice was raw, whether in biriyani or plain. All non veg curry dishes good. Paneer had deteriorated to he'll: don't have it enve by mistake. Mix veg had a good improvement. In sweet dishes : have the Jell-O, ice-cream, killing and fruits only. Rest one will taste either oil or four mixed with cream and sugar.
I hope you improve...
