On The House — Restaurant in Punjab

One of the Worst Restautant in Ludhiana.Had a quite bad experience today.Not a place for family dine in. I went their along with my family today for a dinner.As promised by restaurant GM..That it is family dine in place...no stag entries..when we entered the restaurant.There were guys having drinks..smoking etc.i was quite disappointed as GM made all false claims at the time of reservation.Now coming to the food..it was quite spicy..not suitable to eat...very less quantity..There was very loud music in the restaurant that staff were unable to listen to our food orders.They were least bothered about our requests.Very slow..lazy..careless stuff..we ordered veg noodles instead they gave us chilly garlic noodles..there is a lot of unprofessionalism in the restaurant..They just want to copy the concept of Chandigarh Restaurants but are nowhere near to them.They dont served us water..they dont have menu on the tables.GM of the restaurant took our order orally and even forgot dal bukhara..and he didnt served us.Very slow service..almost after 40 mins we received our order.There was so loud music that even i got headache after reaching home.It took them almost half an hour to make the final bill..One of the Worst Family Dinner in my life..They spoiled my family dinner and My Mom's Birthday.Will never go to this...

Food is tasty but the cheese chilly quantity is less we pay heavy so we also demand quantity of food heavy too as per the restaurant also service is a bit late... Also near projector the spider cob web really pisses me off they need to maintain some 5 star cleanliness and hygiene as per the restaurant standards, the staff seems to be educated,disciplined and qualified so the need is to maintain some cleanliness near T.V projector as the food table is near the cobweb where we are eating food so in terms of cleanliness there is some urgent need otherwise in terms of ambience and preparation the seats and couch is relaxing/cozy plus they have outdoor lounge it's great but the crowd is...

The place is renamed as 'On The House' and the only good thing is the ambience of the place. Otherwise the food is stale and comparitively quite expensive. The service is extremely slow. The poor thing is that they don't even communicate properly about how long will it take to get the order prepared. Also I believe the drinks are under stocked and they don't have much of the options mentioned on the menu. They really need to up their game or there are much better options in Ludhiana...
