McDonald's India — Restaurant in Shivaji Place

Recently went into Rajouri garden branch of McDonald's🍟🍔🍦. I was so amazed that there's something like McCafe exist. It was my first experience of McCafe, so I had to try this. AVAILABILITY:-(4/5) Though they don't have that much different menu for McCafe- coffee variants ( mocha, cappuccino, latte etc), coolers ( peach cooler, watermelon cooler), shakes ( chocolate, strawberry and mango shake) and only three items include muffin, hazelnut cookies and chocolate pastrie.

I hope everyone must be aware of normal McDonald's menu. I'm not at all going to list all the items of McDonald's 😂.

FOOD:-(5/5) I ordered Cuppaccino and they'd given us 2 cookies complementary. I just wanna say those cookies are so yummy, melts like butter have soft crust with cocoa powder and choco chips, perfectly baked. ( esi chize free mai dedi, I'm still amazed) haha.

The McCafe menu wasn't that enough for us so we then ordered a perfect meal of McDonald's which was Coca-Cola, French fries from sides and mc aalo tikki burger ( same taste and still best!, paet bhar gya or kya chaiye)

ENVIRONMENT:-(4/5) Though the environment was clean and hygienic but the place was really crowded when we came there. There was ac music which was addition to environment.

SERVICE:- (5/5) I MUST say the staff was nice and dedicated to their work. Claps! I said once to the employ to clean the table they didn't even waited for a second and stood there to clean that table. When I went in McCafe section they suggested us to take which varient and to avoid which one like my boyfriend wanted to have macchiato. For which he suggested that how it will gonna be like. We ended up taking Cuppaccino. They also had high chairs, kids menu, happy meal, air conditioner and drive thru facilities and wheelchair accessibility.

Recently visited the McDonald's located inside Vishal Mall, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The ambiance of the place is fantastic, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, ensuring that everything was perfect during my visit.The service was prompt and efficient, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

As for the food, it was spot-on – everything was fresh, tasty, and up to the mark. The location is conveniently near a metro station, making it easily accessible.

The butter paneer grill burger was delicious, and the interior was good, but the service - from the ordering of food for which you have to use a machine and going through myriad of options, I mean it's good to have an option to order via machine booth but if the payment and billing is still being done at billing counter to a person, then why can't order be also placed at the counter?
