Agar zero star ka option hota to de deti. Many things are wrong with this place. We ordered 6 different dishes for 6 people, tea and coffee. Ek plate me 4 poori ati hn lekin mere friend ko ek Puri aur chahiye thi .. we asked the manager that we will pay for extra poori but he said u have to buy whole plate ( no concern for amount of food that will be wasted) so we didn't order another plate. Then we needed one extra cup to share tea as the quantity was too much for one of my friends. We again offered to pay for extra cup but then the unexpected reply came from the manager - "har cheej paise se ni kahreedi ja sakti". I mean come on.. do customer mean anything to u? Have u lost all business sense? or have you just been binge watching some cringey Indian daily soap lately? The response defied all logic and food wasn't good either. Places like these are killing the vibe of this wonderful street in Gangtok. One would expect a friendly, welcoming environment where people smile at eachother and treat others respectfully. Let alone respect, they don't even know how to do business and treat customer. Pathetic service, not at all...

The food may be good and the owner/ person at counter may be courteous to you but the service staff will be always be rude and mad to you. You keep on screaming at the counter for your order, you'll get first your order delivered at the table irrespective of the token number. It took them more than 20 minutes to deliver Aloo Paratha at the table where as people who screamed at them for their order gets delivered first even though they ordered after you. The service staff kept on giving vague excuses on your order status even though it was hardly getting prepared from their chefs. Please train all your ARROGANT STAFF to behave decently with your customers and atleast make use of the token number to deliver the orders in queue and kindly ask them to never ever LIE TO THE CUSTOMER ON THEIR ORDER STATUS. Disgusting , Pathetic , Mean I wish I could give zero stars to this place. Anyone who enters his place, enters with the idea of having some basic north indian food. Anything they serve there has a remote semblance to north indian food but all charges are at a premium. More than the quality of food is the rudeness of the owner and the staff who think its ok to demean and disrespect a tourist who might be one time customer. Not in the world of Google reviews !! Asked for a cup and offered to pay for it but his answer was 'har cheez paise se nahi khareedi ja sakti' . Ironically he was true. An honest review is not sale.
