The workers out here are creepy.

I was asked my phone number as usual in any fast food chain during the billing process.

I gave them my number.

Then this worker named Tshering Sherpa /Kaden bhutia.

I'm not sure about the name of the worker.

He called me at around 10:45 pm, then continued sending me a message saying I had placed an order from Jiomart (I had never placed an order) and asked me to call him .

Then he continued sending me messages on WhatsApp stating I was looking cute.

So I blocked him but the most scary part was when he sent me a message from Jiomart, he had sent me a link too.

God knows what would have happened if I had pressed it, as people are able to hack phones through this links sent in SMS.

I texted my other female friend to search for his name in TruCaller as I didn't have the app.

She called him by mistake but ended the call at 1 ring tone.

Then he proceeds to call her asking about her name and address past midnight.

She blocked him and he called her the next day as well and texted on WhatsApp too.

When my brother called the number, the manager of Pizza Hut was speaking, saying that guy said there were some issues with pizza.

But my brother told him the truth and he said he would look after the matter.

But I highly doubt that they will do anything about it.

So, guys, if you don't want to be harassed then don't go to this place, especially if...

Servicing was not too good, but it's okey. I am very disappointed with the process of Billings I was suppose to pay 309 with GST and SGST but they made me pay 339 with GST and SGST and along with this they add my bill in another person's bill without my consent and when I asked them to produce my bill independently they asked me to add more money for then but I refused and after a minutes they agreed to produce my bill but they made the bill on their staff name instead of the payee name and the scanner was also not in name of pizza hut it was in the name of the staff name whome my bill...

Though good taste and timely delivery, I have been ordering for here, every time I order, there will be an item or the other not available. This time one of the items was not available and I was not informed. Came to know when I was delivered the order and sadly, they deduced only Rs. 160 when the ordered but unavailable item showed Rs. 199 in the bill! And as others have reviewed, one item is burnt on the top layer due to overcooking!! And more sadly, when I tried giving feedback in the app, Gangtok store was not there...
