Dear whomsoever concern as you replied in my previous review just wanted clarify few things it wasn't 200 rs as we were group of 7 ladies × 1400rs which is not a small amount you asked and second thing you have nowhere mentioned about the contribution towards the "local artists"(one dj)n your promotion anywhere nor bothered to explained it to us and also we were never been asked for the "contributions" in any of the night club and restaurants in Gangtok as its always been payed by the concerned owner and I would definitely like to "support local artist" when they are playing individually outside the restaurants as a matter of fact I have been offering a generous tip to the musician who plays in tharo lin whenever I see them playing . Ps we did request for a little concessions which you definitely denied right away. I don't think support shouldn't be demanded. Piece of advice from experience hotelier- please be little courteous towards the customers one bad experience makes a difference. Edited - that's a total misinterpretation as we were very much interested to spend the entire evening infact I personally was very sad to leave the place however because of our personal issues we had to leave that is the reason to come back and for the last meal in your restaurant and i personally don't have a habit of using abusive language and none has abused your staff too, I request you kindly make sure of checking the cctv again before accusing someone and we were not spreading negativity as we believe online portal is to express our experience. There was a bunch of people watching cricket, and when we requested them to play soft music atleast, as we were not in the mood of watching the game, the manager was adamant and said that they were interested in the game and we felt that we as a customer was being ignored. The restro stated that they would have karaoke everyday, music, etc. But was all a lie... The waiters felt odd but the manager hiself was so engorssed win the game. Would bever visit this place ever again.. And I am a local, and would not recommend if u r seeking for a place to chillax...

Food was good,but other customers spoilt our mood.As we went there to chill and listen to some good music but they were watching cricket on big screen along with the volume on and when we told that we want to listen to some music...there were least bothered and was acting as if it was their home.It was not a good experience....I don't recommend if it is the same all the time.Even we are customers and we too were paying but....nothing more to say...just that our evening and weekend was wasted.Very disappointed.
