Your cafe was empty that’s why your staff made us sit in the table for six . So, don’t blame us for the bad review instead , accept the fact that you guys are not serving good food . As being professional in this particular area, what you are doing is entirely wrong. Getting nice ambiance doesn’t mean your cafe is good, heart of a cafe always starts from good food and good hospitality. Stop wasting time and money

with high hopes for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing on multiple fronts. Both the quality of the food and the management of the cafe left much to be desired.

Let's start with the food. The menu has not many of options, but the execution fell flat. The dishes lacked the flavor and finesse one would expect from a cafe. The ingredients seemed dull and uninspired, leaving me underwhelmed with each bite. It was evident that little care was put into the preparation and presentation of the meals.

Furthermore, the portion sizes were disappointingly small, especially considering the prices charged. I left the cafe feeling unsatisfied , as if I hadn't received my money's worth. The lack of value in terms of both taste and quantity was a major letdown.

Orders were mixed up, leading to delays and frustration and even they don’t know when to serve what There was a lack of communication and coordination among the team, which further exacerbated the poor experience.

Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the cafe was lackluster. The seating arrangements felt cramped, with little room to maneuver comfortably. It was clear that the management had neglected to create a welcoming environment for patrons.

To make matters worse, when I tried to express my concerns to the management, they were dismissive and unresponsive. There was a complete lack of accountability or willingness to address the issues at hand. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

It was a disappointment both in terms of the food quality and the management of the establishment. This Cafe is not even 3rd Grade its much lower then 3rd grade. Owner is fully rude and deviates from its commitment and dont know the basic rules of hospitality. Just she had open a instragramable Cafe and she think she had done wonders and now she serves Brownie with ice-cream as cold Brownie with separate ice cream in separate plate and a cold coffee is served as just chilled milk no colour nothing. I did my daughter's birthday party yesterday at this place and this owner cheated me and blackmailed me that if I don't pay double the committed per person amount then she would cancel my party that too just 1 day before. And as my daughter had already invited all her friends so I had no option left so I accepted her blackmailing and agreed to pay double the amount on per person system and it did not ends here. On the day of birthday she kept the decorator waiting for 3 hours as the owner was not at Cafe. My decorator went there at 11am as mutually agreed by both Cafe owner and me and my decorator reached sharp 11am at the Cafe but the decorator was kept in waiting till 2pm as the owner was not in the Cafe and was harassed as if we are Cafe owner slaves.

As the party started no welcome water or drinks was served and the children has to beg for welcome drinks/water/snack/ main course.

After begging also only a small quantity was served after making them waiting and waiting.

The presentation of the snacks was horrible. The sandwich was served broken and in a dilapidated position. And the food served was more then horrible as a result after the party I took all the kids to some other restaurant and I paid Rs.23,000 as demanded by 2nd mile cafe for Zero service and 3rd class horrible limited begging snacks. 2nd and half mile cafe is not less then a looters.
