Tandoor - The Indian Grill — Restaurant in Siliguri

We had a very disappointing experience on Sunday, 17th August 2025 (Invoice #8481). It was clear that Zomato/Swiggy orders were being prioritized over dine-in customers. Despite being regulars who visit at least once a month, we had to wait for over 2 hours, with our table left without food for long stretches.

If you check your CCTV footage, you will notice that most dine-in tables were unattended while your staff focused solely on processing online orders. If online deliveries are your main priority, it would be better to clearly remove the dine-in option rather than keeping customers waiting in such a manner.

Tandoor The Indian Grill Well the name defines the restaurant really well. It was truely lip smacking. I am sure your exclusive tandoor menu will delight Siligurians well. 😋 Its a tandoor themed food restaurant. The food comes exclusively from the Tandoor which makes it really yum. We had some work at Sevoke Motors and True value and due to this we we were already getting late for lunch. So, my husband insisted me to visit Tandoor which was within our reach at that time. Initially, I was quite reluctant as that was my first visit. Finally, having not much choices I gave my consent for Tandoor and trust me friends it turned out to be good. We ordered few things as we are fastidious regarding quantity and quality of food.
