Laddoo Gopal - Siliguri — Restaurant in Siliguri

I recently ordered Chole Bhature priced at ₹150 and two combos: 1. Fried Rice with Manchurian and 2. Hakka Noodles with Manchurian, each priced at ₹240. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Starting with the Chole Bhature, my friend requested extra chole but was informed it would be chargeable, which seemed odd. Even more disappointing, when we asked for extra bhature (paid) thinking it would come with a reasonable amount of chole, they outright refused, saying, "Kuch nhi kar sakte." This level of inflexibility and lack of customer service was quite frustrating.

As for the combos, both the quantity and quality were highly disappointing. The Fried Rice and Manchurian, as well as the Hakka Noodles and Manchurian, were extremely oily and tasted disgusting. It was evident that little care was put into the preparation, making it an unpleasant dining experience.

Overall, the poor service and subpar food quality have left a bad impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal or good customer service. Save your money and find a better...

Worst service and very much delay in serving foods , also there charges are very much higher than other veg restaurant, today i have odered choley bhature where the food was served little bit delay but after finishing one bhature we asked to refill the choley but they said it will be chargeable, they said Rs.70 for refilling the choley. And over all the extra charge for bhature was mentioned in the Ala- carte but nowhere it was mentioned about the choley. This is very much dissapointing situation Paying Rs.150 for Choley Bhature and not getting a refilling was disspointed. @LadooGopal your franchise is getting is worse hands. As i also belong from Hospitality industry but i will never suggest anyone to visit your restaurant.
