Annapoorna Hotel — Restaurant in East Zone

I want to express my disappointment with the service provided during our recent visit to your hotel. As a family of 25, we were expecting a smooth and enjoyable dining experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the case.

Unacceptable Delays: Orders were taken after a considerable wait of 30 minutes, only for a waiter to inform us later that the item was unavailable.

Lack of Basic Amenities: Food was served on plates without banana leaves, which is both unexpected and unprofessional, especially for a restaurant that presumably takes pride in cultural authenticity.

Untrained Staff: The staff appeared to lack proper training and were unresponsive to our queries. This includes a specific lack of attention from Siddesh, who failed to address any of our concerns effectively.

Poor Customer Handling: The overall handling of our group was unorganized and disappointing.

All food items were very tasty. Neat and clean dining area.it's located in a busy place, parking will be very difficult. Since it's a very good and older restaurant it's heavily crowded all the time. At the entrance they have a sweet section where you can get different varieties of laddu pedas and snacks. Staffs we're very friendly and cooperative at the food section. At the bakery section lack in communication and customer handling. We had food and on departure bought some snacks and sweets in three different bills but they handed over items of two bill only, after making too many arguments and fight finally found the third package from the packing section. I usually don't give full stars. But this restaurant really stole my heart. The food was so excellent and really tasty the atmosphere is top notch, so humble and grateful. I was really hungry, because I had a long journey, it was not planned .💫

I saw this restaurant in a YouTube video so I went into it to check it out and I fell in love with this place . 💝

It's a pure veg restaurant my suggestion is full meals. Must try . 👀
