Worst Worst Totally Waste Of Money

In chennai there are limited number of sea food hotels aazhi hotel services are one among them There plus is there variety of sea food items Basically ideology of aazhi sea food mess is serving quality sea food but what they serve for the customer money is nothing

Basically two variety of meals type they have one is 499/- Another one 799/- both of meals name only unlimited but all are limited theh won't even serve rice and kuzhambu gravy and all only one time servable

Waiter service is very very worst very very money minded fellow Won't even do service properly won't even ask for curtosy what u want sir

Purely money waste Sanatorium 5 star hotel is normal hotel they serves food well than this people

Hotel is not worth but for food we can give one star

Some times they will serve rotten food won't give appalam there side mistake they won't rectify but bill amount they will not change

Dear aazhi management if u don't change ur staff attitude here definitely food safety ride is for u branch is there

Kindly change this money minded attitude employees not even giving food to customers

Even ur food is nice ur employees are worst only

I want to mention this Food reviewer Irfan Dan Jr saapturaman This all persons food review is 100 % fake there review for money only kindly don't beleive them

They are serving rotten foods also

Food is below below average only

Hotel owner kindly u must learn and preach bcoz of customer u are here We are eating for money only not free of cost

Give proper training to ur employees how to serve customers and how to work in...

We were group of 6 adults and one kid and decided to go to Aazhi restaurant for dinner earlier today as it was close by to the office in Anna Nagar. I found their review to be 4.4 in Google and Swiggy Dineout as well (which I felt a decent number to visit). But it was a pathetic experience.

The ambience was really bad, looked like they do not clean at all. Right from the staircase, the Hand Wash area and also the dining area including the A/C. The service was very slow, to take orders and to serve them as well. Not sure why they take so much of time for the kind of food they serve. Coming to the food, the Nandu soup tasted bitter and the crab was the very small ones (not sure what their name is), their fish kola urundai was good (the only saver I would say), Kadamba fry was just okay, Prawn 65 was over cooked, Sura Puttu was almost like Egg Burji. Then to the Main Course, Nool Parotta was like they made In the afternoon and heated up, Idly with Fish curry was really bad (Idly was old and sticky, fish in the curry must have been frozen and was smelly), Kothu Parotta was again not fresh, Chicken Kari Dosa was not bad (not good either). We were almost sweating in this so called A/C restaurant. They call themselves as a Family Restaurant (At least that is what it came up in Swiggy Dineout)

I complained to their manager and they just said, they will check it out. Another couple who sat next to our table were also complaining about their food.

I will never ever visit this restaurant and strongly recommend others not to as well.

I doubt if the good reviews about them...

Sunday went to aazhi restaurants place was not so nice ac not working properly no fan ac cooling is there in that table light not working place is very old not renevated properly restaurant is in first floor on walking in steps they are doing drainage work including restaurant hotelstaffs heavy smell no one will prefer these kind of restaurants. Coming to food I ordered kadal virudhu is that sura puttu,egg,kola urundai and biriyani is missing if you saw in YouTube and go it will not be there. Fish fry one piece, fish gravy, chicken gravy,nandu gravy,squid ,prawn,netili, small fish fry and veg items appalam is not crispy like papper, rice very raw.ordered fish fingers 5 small piece 360rs totally waste light smell coming if we properly not clean the fish before cooking they kept fish fingers in table one lady came and taken and placing in other table because they also ordered same but I ordered first they said they are getting late what is the manners they are following I don't know worst behaviour I had ever seen in any kind of restaurants mutton biryani is ok not hot altogether I will not prefer these dunjun and dark (without air)restaurants to anyone totally disappointed totally waste of money and time go to some other places not here.ln lunch only meals and biriyani nothing else we don't have any other option starters high price low quantity not up to mark seafood not clean...
