TOP NOTCH RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Zone 8 Anna Nagar

I just to express my gratitude for the service offered. What a great pleasant service from both foodpanda and restaurant(Top Notch). Friends please spend few mins and read this review.

So its weekend and my mom made கார குழம்பு 😑 which i always hated in my life. After plotting ways to escape this trap i reckon a message from foodpanda that there's some craving party offers going on. I looked my mom with a smirked face 😏 and happily 😃ordered. I was looking for a fine top notch restaurant, and hence Top Notch(பெயர் ஒன்றே போதும்) and made my order.

I patiently waited and tracking my order for an hour, i used chat support and a young talented sincere hard working support agent named Maanikha has been assigned after 10-mins. After 2-mins of convo the chat window was closed(she might forgot to put her makeup), wowww that how you need to take care of your customers.

After a fantastic chat service, I then called the restaurant directly. They said my order was still in preparation since one hour was not enough for them. After 15mins i again contacted, surprisingly that restaurant blocked my number, yaaa what a brilliant way to treat your customer right ??? Other restaurants please learn from them.

Ordered chicken schez fried rice and pepper chicken dry through swiggy. One of the very worst foods I had ever tasted in my life. Even the road side shop who makes chicken, their meat are good. Just for the name sake they sprinkled a pinch of pepper on the chicken.

A savior for the night owls. We ordered through Zomato from them and as well we went there to take our food parcel by ourselves. A crowded restaurant only for takeaway. They do provide quick service and the quantity of foods they serve are really enough considering the price. Quality is also maintained as well.
