Edit: Hi, if I would have contacted you,will u refund the amount.Is there any manufacturing date printed on cakes,they how u r saying u don't sell expired products.I posted this after 10 days to make aware people not to order readymade cakes as we don't know when they were made. Bought 1/2 kg berry currant(readily available) on 9.6.22 from ck bakery annanagar..Outer layer red cream was so thick like melted plastic..inner cake was not fresh..Don't buy readily available cakes..they are selling old stocks..

We ordered this cake for my daughter first birthday at a very last minute. V had some model pics for the making nd many other bakers accepted to do those as fondant type cake wch cost 9k to 10k.. CKs bakery alone accepted to do with fresh and also v spent oly 3k for 3kg cake. it came out very well and taste good and was also despatched on time safely. Oly thing v were not ok was that they used darker shades of pink and blue. otherwise it was all good and best

There’s nothing to tell about the ambiance because every CK’s bakery has the same ambiance. When it comes to Cakes,they do variety of Fresh cream cakes and Fondant cakes. And it tastes quite good as well. The major advantage is they do Customisable cake and the outcome of the cake is good too.. Must try - Choco Caramel,Choco Butterscotch,Berry currant,Kit kat based cake and try Customisable Cakes too...

In general bakery is good and clean 13th main road branch...but we had a bad experience which I would like to share.. on 1st Jan shop person called and informed that they have a sale where they sell 840rs cake for 600rs 1kg..i ordered for choconut cake but they home delivered a butterscotch cake,still I accepted since they came all the way for home delivery..but the topping and inbetween the cake was bitter..called up the delivered person and informed about it immediately..he said he will check and revert but no response..next day we went to the branch and returned the cake..but the chef was so rude arguing that there is no issues..cake is good..its our mistake to return the cake back..we got so irritated the way he spoke to us..so i left The Cake back with them without getting my money back or replacing another cake..he didnt even bother to understand that no customer will return like this without any issues..since we ordered to enjoy our day with kids and not only me all of us in the family felt the same that the topping and inbetween the cake was bitter..really disappointing about the way this was...

It was a great experience. I went to buy a birthday cake. i was so particular about the design that i want which is Heart shaped cake. They did not have that shaped cake available that time. It was already 10 pm and they were about to close the shop. I have requested them to make the cake, they immediately said yes and they made the cake within 30 mins. I was so happy that I got a cake as per my requirement that too late night. The person in the shop was very kind and he had made the cake with a great smile. Finally i was very happy with the service and the cake.

These guys will go miles in their business with this customer service. I had a very good...

I came through this Bakery by my friend karthik saran, he is also part of the team. They made my wedding cake on 1st May 19' held at Hilton Hotel Chennai. To seriously say, they made my Day. Thanks for the wonderful cake which is been made for my Big day. It was fantabulous & all were asking about it. It has come out great in pictures also.
