Lot can be improved to give good dining experience. Few areas to start with The lift lobby cleanliness has to be improved. The outside wall tiles of lift must be cleaned regularly. Infact overall cleanliness has to be improved. Lot of dark patches. It should welcome the guest.

The reception not at all taking attention of visitors. Literally I was searching for the entrance.

Absolutely no greetings while entering and leaving. Minimum courtesy and easy to do. No mouth freshener after food. No welcome drink too.

Interior and overall ambience has to be improved. Can be improved with lighting/led lights, led displays, rearranging chairs and by adding few simple interior arts/decorations. It's very dull, dirt and congested.

The food quality not as good as other ABQ. Need to check the kitchen to avoid smoke and odor. Spices are not having any taste.

Salads , lot missing compare to other ABQ.

Has to focus more on quality of the fruits while purchasing. Pineapple - ridiculous.

The stalls inside the restaurant was not visible and never explained properly to the visitors.

The birthday or other events not celebrated with involvement. Not shown interest to know what's special about the visit and the celebration can be improved lot. Need more practice. Professionalism was missing.

Atmosphere is not vibrant. No music and nothing. Boss it's Saturday evening.

Where is the celebration and feel happy atmosphere? Are we visiting to just eat and go? There are hundreds of better options outside for that.

Has to improve the time to serve rotis.

Overall lot can be improved with minimum effort and investment.

Service is ok. But must appreciate the effort took to correct food quality after hearing the feedback. But that's too little considering the overall experience.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. Despite the high expectations set by your restaurant’s unique concept and the premium price of 850 INR per head, my experience was far from satisfactory. I would like to address several issues and request appropriate compensation or a solution.

Firstly, I want to make it clear that our visit was not about seeking free food but rather about enjoying a memorable dining experience that justifies the cost. Unfortunately, the quality of food and service we received did not meet these expectations. The grills were not functioning as advertised, and we were served cold and tasteless food, significantly diminishing the overall experience.

When we raised these concerns with the service manager, the response was dismissive, attributing the lack of heat from the grills to insufficient charcoal and the positioning near an air conditioner. This explanation did not address the core issue: the failure to provide the promised live grill experience and warm, flavorful food.

Despite spending a considerable amount, my guests and I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and unsatisfied.

Your customer service has since requested another opportunity to prove your restaurant's worth. However, this request feels inadequate given the substantial amount of money spent and the poor experience endured. It is unreasonable to expect customers to return under the same circumstances without any assurance of improvement. Do you think clients should be treated like test subject, repeatedly subjected to unsatisfactory conditions to test your service improvements?

Hi all, I am here to review today on Absolute Barbecues at Chrompet and check out how I got a huge discount if Rs. 350/-

I didn't visit this place but placed an order online foe a Genie family Buffet Non Veg box through their App. To my surprise, I got it delivered within 30 mins through DUNZO.

This family Buffet box can easily serve a small family of two adults and two children. This was nearly packed in a cute box The pack had 3 starters Peri Peri Chiken wings 8 pieces Murgh Chicken Tikka 8 pieces. Chilli garlic prawns 8;pieces

4 Main course Chicken Biriyani with two eggs (2 big box and a small box). Chappathi 6 nos. Mutton Rogan Josh gravy 4 ABs special chicken gravy.

Desserts: Angoor Jamoon 8nos in two small box totally 16 Jamuns 1 small box with 3 pieces brownies. Two cans of aerated drinks.

Add ons: Mint chutney Mayonnaise Veg salad box 1

The while pack had around 13 boxes packed inside a cute box. Also there was a seperate small big which contained this aerated drinks. Apart from this I had ordered for a box of brownie extra and also for two extra Chapathies.

My total bill which came to around Rs.1189- and I had a huge discount of Rs 356/- ordering through App and using the code NOCOOKING.
