After 17 hours of extreme flight i have gone there to have my lunch. I finally had a table and there the bad experience starts those waiter boys were seeing me for the past 10 min still no have came to me for service since it's was a table service at that time . After 10 min a boy came to my table for order with a unhappy face to take my order . I have ordered him an veg noodles and it arrived after 15 min hope I was in hungry I had it immediately while in between eating that I found some (HAIR) in that veg noodles where I attached the pics below . No staffs were wearing mask even those waiters .
Protocols need to be followed there :-
Never seen a staffs wishing or greeting a guest.
Staffs need to wear mask while operating foods and while serving the guests .
I have seen some staffs wearing hairnets in only half of the head while the front portion haur of the head are still visible outside the hairnet.
Treat guests happily the smile of you can make guests happy even if they are sad .

Read moreCame here to make a complaint but I'm surprised to see many are facing the same issue. Very bad and rude behaviour of the A2B staff and most of the time no food is available. I'm really surprised how come A2B has not taken any steps yet.
3 weeks before I had headache and my family tried to check which is service table and which is not at A2B, we called all the A2B staff no one responded atlast unknowingly we sat at non serviceable table and we self served the food even when I had headache.
Then I went to the airport A2B today around 7.40 pm , when I asked bill for self service they told they had service table which I denied. Immediately the billing person very rudely asked where I kept the bag, only if I confirmed that I kept the bag at self service table I will get the bill and the self service table were alloted behind all the table making it difficult to the customer to take food there.
What is happening A2B, I don't understand. I know sometimes there will be people to serve and sometimes they don't. But the least we expect is polite reply. That's all.
Really A2B is keeping declining...
