AFTERS GELATO — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

5 stars for the Gelato itself, 2 stars for everything else. The Gelato was soft and perfectly flavorful. However, the place is small and the service is what irked me the most. We waited quite a while to finish a simple 3 serving Gelato takeout order.

Given each serving/scoop as such is essentially two scooped out servings (until it makes whatever weight the guy's trying to make on the weighing scale), it would take zero effort to accommodate a simple split of one of the 3 servings. Instead, that request was rudely shut down by the lady behind the counter (its not like I wouldn't pay a little bit extra for that accommodation,and not everyone can eat two full servings of ice cream). I've seen few dessert places across the world that would deny such an easy request.

Again, instead of finishing up our order where we didn't even ask for a sample, this person decided to go on to finish someone else's order (someone that had shown up after us) before coming back to us. If they had a prize for inefficiency, they...
