Dessert Delights — Restaurant in Zone 13 Adyar

Went to DESSERT DELIGHTS for dinner yesterday.

Had

Spicy Cheesy Fries - this is Peri Peri Fries with loaded mayo. Outstanding! This is truly finger-licking good.

Cheesy Garlic Bread - Again one of the best CGB I have ever had. The bread was fluffy and each bite oozed of freshness & delight.

Roasted Bell Pepper Pasta - was very nicely done and again, the sauce was finger-licking good. While this doesn't come with garlic bread, Ms. Varsha was kind enough to make us three wonderful garlic breads that was super crunchy delicious.

Farmhouse Villa Pizza - This was a dampner and am not sure if it was the Pizza itself. Here's what happened - while we ordered the quick bites and Pizza, the Pizza came first!! Plus it didn't have the promised Jalapenos. So off it went for addition of Jalapenos and reheating - which made the pizza chewy. The taste, though, was good. I wish I had it fresh from the oven.

Brownie Nut Icecream Tower - a sinful delight.

Service - was reasonably fast and everything was served hot & fresh. What I liked is Ms. Varsha checking on the taste & seeking feedback. Kudos.

Wash area - this definitely needs attention. It has to be maintained clean.

Seating - we chose the 'Jhula'. We loved it. Beware, getting into and out of it is a challenge - assistance is preferred. But when you are seated, it's fun & comfortable.

We recently visited @dessertdelightsoffl located at Thiruvanmiyur. Dessert Delights is completely a vegetarian shop which is known for their desserts has a compact space to dine but very unique seating with swing chairs. Just for you to swing along with food 😋

We tried 👇 Cheese fondue - it is provided with five starters like corn cheese nuggets, bread crumbs, potato shots, french fries and potato wedges. Taste was good and when all dipped in cheese and tasted, it was so good 🫶 (4.2/5) Farm house villa pizza - A thin crust pizza with minimal toppings . Taste was good but didn’t justify for its name🍕(3.6/5) Sizzling brownie tower - one of the best desserts you could try in dessert delight, the sizzling loaded with brownies🍰,3 flavour ice creams 🍨and nuts 🥜made a perfect dessert to end with (4.8/5)

We had recently visited this cafe, they had same concept like cream & Cold stone

but in additional they have wide variety in faloodas, customizing & making ther own ice cream, exotic waffles & Pastas!

Fondue (cheese -339/ chocolate-349₹/-) which was served with 5 types of accompaniment which was so good, that i ve had in recent times for that pricing!

Triple chocolate Waffle and waffle scraper are highlighting here! Tempting to a max where three types of waffles (redvelvet, white & dark chocolate) layered inbetween brownie, two types of icecream scoops & topped with lot of gems, dryfruits,sprinklers and chocolate...
