Mixed Experience at Alreef Restaurant

I recently dined at Alreef Restaurant near Rajkilpakkam signal and had a mixed experience that compelled me to share my thoughts. I ordered the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani with high expectations, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the Hyderabadi style I was anticipating. The rice lacked the aromatic blend of spices and the chicken, unfortunately, was rubbery, leaving me somewhat disappointed.

On a brighter note, I also tried their Pepper Barbeque Chicken, and it was a delightful surprise. The flavors were well-balanced, and the chicken was tender, providing a satisfying contrast to the earlier letdown. It's worth a try for those looking for something different.

The service at Alreef deserves commendation. The staff was attentive, friendly, and prompt, making the overall dining experience pleasant. The restaurant is strategically located in a prime area and boasts a spacious parking slot, which is always a plus.

The ambiance at Alreef is noteworthy; it exudes a welcoming atmosphere, making it suitable for various occasions. Despite the hiccup with the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, the restaurant's positive aspects, particularly the service and ambiance, make it a place worth considering for your next dining experience.

One of the worst hotels I went. Believe me it's true.. It was so emabaressing infront of my family. Waiter thinks that he is giving free food. A.C won't work if you ask they will ask you to shift place while you eating. There was mosquito in veg fried rice we ordered. Everywhere these unhygienic northindian waiters who does not know our language to understand our requirement. Food was as usual third rated, using old chicken in gravies, you will come to know that the taste of the chicken pieces in gravies little bit salty and you can find a hole in the chicken piece which means that the chicken was not ment to be in gravy but it was in tandoori needle or some other kabab needle for some days. If you look at the price,you will feel it is not worth it. Shame on you alreef hotel management. Don't loot public's money like this. We are coming to hotel not only for good food but for a good hospitality otherwise I can get more tastier food then yours in the road side...

My hungry stomach had asked for biryani I regret not going to an authentic biryani restaurant. I chose this place cause it had so many food varieties.

I ordered a chicken biryani Tandoori roti Mixed fried rice Chetinad chicken gravy

Firstly I couldn’t wait to taste the food as soon as it arrived I first chose to eat roti with gravy the chicken in the Chetinad gravy was so bad that it was literally having the foul smell in it.

I kept it separately

Next comes the chicken biryani as hot as it looked the biryani was nothing but a proper authentic TOMATO RICE with some chicken pieces added to it.

Coming to their service, when I complained about the chicken’s quality the waiter kept quiet.
