Regular South Indian platter items like idli, masala dosai, sambar idly, idiyappam, parotta have a very good reputation. Oneof the major setback is chapathi's. It provides a sumptuous lunch and is a Paradise for working couples & Middle class people like me. It serves delicious food to all its customers. I have been ordering through Zomato from this restaurant for almost a week. Food was not too bad and sometimes their service was super fast. However yesterday I ordered for food including 2 Carrot Halwa and I haven’t got this item. I called Zomato and the response I received from Zomato is Restaurant acknowledged the feedback however not ready to refund the amount. This was pretty strange experience for me with Zomato as well as with any restaurant as if they miss some item, al they need to do is refund the amount. I will be taking up this separately with Zomato as my payment was to Zomato and ofcourse I cannot do anything with Bakya apart from sharing my experience here. If you order from this place, think twice as for any missing items, your money will be gone unless you have time and energy to get it back.

Bhagya vegetarian restaurant at West mambalam is most sought after vegetarian restaurant by the middle class families in the neighborhood.They had initially a bigger outlet in the station road and one at Jaishankar street just opposite Shirdi Sai Mandir which used to be flocked by large number of regular customers and Zomato Swiggy personnel.Unfortunately both these outlets are closed but the Small outlet on the station road and the vegetarian restaurant now serves the same quality of food and service as usual a mark of Bhagya. The vegetarian restaurant has a capacity of around 50 members and the layout is good enough avoiding much of a crowding inside.Naan combo, Panneer Manchurian and other regular items Idli, idiyappam,dosa varieties are as usual sumptuous in quantity and ofcourse great in taste.When you are in the look out for a Veggie restaurant at mambalam I would recommend you can definitely go to...
