Mamee Soups West Mambalam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

hey again I visited Maumee soups on 30th June 2023 - last time I appreciate everything now, kind of disappointed, I think staffs also should treat customer with respect . Yesterday I ordered 2 soup 1st they(staffs) ask me to pay usual I paid the amount paytm speaker also came 70rs paid ,they gave me soup, after me &friend finished soup leaving the shop, a staff of mamee soups called me, do done the payment? I replied yes again cash or Gpay, I told it's Gpay, again staff asked show me the payment screen ,again I showed her the screen when I visited the shop it wasn't that much crowded, I know she is doing her job, but as customer I dissapointed, after the payment done only she offered me the soup.

When my son was in West Mambalam for an year and half, he used to take us to this particular shop, "Mamee soups", Station Road, West Mambalam.It is being efficiently managed by a lady and assisted by ladies only. For a very reasonable rate, they used to serve a variety of soups and in the evening it is always crowded with children and their parents. Many used to order and take parcel. I had been there recently and there is a steep increase in the rates and my favourite Tomato soup was bit watery. Because of the increase in price, I am not going there regularly, but used to look into the shop and find that it is not that crowded now a days. The soups are flavourful,ALMOST all the herbal soups taste similar🙄 that's disappointing and, in a way, misleading.

It'll be great if they have a bigger space catering all the flavors. Sometimes, it is difficult to find a place to sit. Quantity also appears to fluctuate based on the cutlery it is provided in.

They use biodegradable cutlery (only the cup, spoon is still plastic), which is worthy of appreciation. However, it doesn't get filled to the brim. The charge for extra scoops of corn is slightly high. Road side stalls charging 25 per cup of soup give at least 2 extra servings of corn free. Here, the soup charge is 35.
