Bangalore Biryani Hotel BBH Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Food tastes are good ambience is good,service is good but server cleanliness not so good. During Covid times the staffs can wear a mask the hair cap and gloves and be more safe but the staffs don't wear a mask and make customers wait for a long for parcel. I was standing with my wife for a long time like more than 45 min. They take a long time to process order and the cashier did not wear a glove to get money and the other guy who was aside didn't look professional and making a mess over by screaming and coughing was taking orders he didn't have a mask.but he was a polite person. there was a lot of people there but no social Distancing and after waiting a long I asked them about my oder they person near the cashier told ready ready and ready and took a long time but gave people who came after me...this hotel is a good hotel in taste and ambience and service but in Covid time their service is slow and the safety measure are bad. I saw 4 of the Comming and going staffs without a mask and glove but it's a non contact delivery. I also saw the chef in front I knew him by his apron he didn't have a glove nor a hair fall preventer mask nor a mask.also in gravy part aranmanai chicken was tasty but chicken in it was not boiled I suggest you to use fried chicken which you use for starters can be used for these gravies to make them more tasty ,pepper chicken u give 8-10pcs but gravy only 4pc plz take care. Also found a hair in food. Please take care. If u improve them you are the best hotel in Coimbatore. My review to encourage not Discourage.plz take...

Was a disappointment for the image it attempts to build. If karma veerar kamaraj came to eat at BBH today he would be a very unhappy man. The Biryani was tasteless except for its spiciness... Really red hot spicy. The meat in the Biryani seemed as if it were cooked separately and added as an afterthought...bland, hard and salt-less. Fish--fingers was good but has fish bones imbedded in the fillet. They are stingy with the accompaniments for take aways... Hardly enough mayonnaise for the fish fingers and a sampling of a raita for the Biryani. Overall it seemed as if it were an impassionate chef cooking with spice as his only ingredient. The taste is ultimate and food is fresh always. Only after you place your order, they will start cooking it except Biriyani and meals. Other that that even parotta, they don't cook it in a bunch. They cook it only per order. All greavies are very good in taste and chicken they use in greavy is fresh and you can feel it when you eat. If you are in a hurry, then this place is not for you.
