My visit to this restaurant was quite disappointed, mainly due to the behaviour of the staff, which included the manager. To begin with, they served me the wrong food, and when I pointed out the mistake, they were unwilling to accept their error. I was left waiting for an extended period to receive the correct order I had initially requested. Moreover, their knowledge about the menu seemed lacking. I had ordered a meal that was supposed to include a drink, but when they brought the food, they insisted on an additional payment for the drink, claiming that they had to source it from elsewhere because their vending machine was not functioning. It was surprising to witness that this issue seemed to affect every customer ordering the meal, and the staff's rudeness and arguments about additional charges were consistent.
What was most disheartening was the manager's indifference to the situation. He remained inside the kitchen, merely observing the chaos without taking any action to rectify the problems or address the customers' concerns. This lack of initiative from the manager reflected poorly on the overall professionalism and dedication of the staff.
I have dined at various Burger King outlets, but I have never encountered such a shameless and unprofessional display of behaviour. It seemed as though the manager and the staff were unhappy working at this particular location, and their actions were tarnishing the brand's reputation. I ordered 2 BK Veggie burgers, 2 Peri Peri fries, 2 tacos, and 1 medium fries, but only received one burger, even though the receipt clearly mentioned two. We reported the issue within minutes, but the staff was rude from the start, not ready to listen, and completely ignored our concerns. They were dismissive, uncooperative, and unwilling to even engage in a basic conversation about the issue.
They claimed to have checked CCTV footage, denied any mistake, and refused to share proof when I asked. I mentioned that I have home CCTV footage confirming the delivery seal wasn't broken, clearly proving there was no tampering at my end. After that, they stopped answering calls altogether.
To add to the frustration, the food quality was poor the burger and fries were soggy, and the tacos weren't even crispy. Completely below expectations from a major brand like Burger King.
Zomato offered a promo code as a one-time compensation, but Burger King never took accountability. Based on other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident, many customers have faced similar issues with this outlet.
