Truly disappointed with this restaurant. We’d heard so much hype about it and decided to visit for a nice lunch celebration with friends — but the experience was nothing short of awful.
To start with, the service was terrible. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived, and we requested a nice corner spot. The staff refused, saying the AC wasn’t working there, and instead seated us in another section where there was no proper cooling and the heat was unbearable. When we asked to change seats or at least have the curtain closed, they flatly refused. We ended up sweating through the entire meal.
To make things worse, the same corner we’d asked for — the one supposedly with a “broken AC” — was later given to another group! When we questioned the waiter, he just brushed it off saying, “The AC isn’t working but they agreed to sit there.” We didn’t want to argue, but later when we passed by that area to use the restroom, the AC was perfectly cold and strong. Why lie to customers? There were three booths — they could have easily accommodated us.
Then came the food — absolutely horrible. The chicken smelled rotten, and the taste was off. On top of that, our server seemed completely disinterested — rude, inattentive, and careless. He forgot parts of our order, didn’t serve properly, and couldn’t even muster a smile.

Read moreI have been here few times but the last time I visited this place I had the worst experience. The manager was very rude and not hospitable at all. We had ordered a cafe latte and asked the waiter if we can get it cold and he said that it is possible but when we got the latte it was hot and when we asked the response we got was that they don't have cold latte. It is fine if they don't have but if we were informed we could have ordered something which we wanted. The waiter later said we cannot cancel the order or change the order which isn't something we expect from a restaurant. The manager then came and with a smirk on his face replied sarcastically that we were the ones who did not know what a cafe latte was. A common man for sure may not know what exactly a dish which is mentioned on the menu is and it's the waiters responsibility to explain to the guest which was lacking here. The manager mocking us was even worse because the basics of being a manager is to listen to the customer and help them but it was completely the opposite here. The best part out of all this was that one of the cafe latte which we ordered did not even have coffee and was just plain milk and whereas the other one had proper coffee. We had made a booking through Zomato for a table for 4 on 22nd March. 2 of us reached on time as well and 2 were on their way.Despite that we had to wait for 20 mins for a table. The first thing the staff asked is "do you have 15% or 30% discount". I replied that we have got a 30% discount option. Post that their behaviour was so evident around not prioritising us because we got discount. I kept asking about how much time it will take to get the table and they were continuously rude. After 20 mins when they said the table is available - their General Manager Richard asked us about the other guests. We said they are on the way but he insisted on calling them as if needing a proof that they are genuinely coming. He was disrespectful, uncouth and absolutely rude and said he will not give us a table till all 4 of us are present. This is unacceptable completely and while I was speaking, he just walked away. We said we are leaving the place and they rather were pleased to see that. These places have zero respect for customers and least bothered about customer experience. Worst experience ever.
