Sir, I am a regular customer at your Chai Kings TTK Road , Alwarpet for over an year. Of late the quality of the tea and snacks have become bad I am sharing my personal experience on 19th sept friday .. I had walked in at about 10.35 am for some tea... I had to wait for about 20 minutes which is ridiculous. Secondly the staff was highly understaff ...And I have noticed that this happens only weekends morning. I have noticed that the staff is always talking on the mobile phones while taking an order or delivering the order which is itself a disrespectful to the customers.. If this continues. I would move to other tea place as there many outlets which are close to your place as well and serve better tea... It seems since you have grown big you have ignoring your...

Every so called good review is a bloody lie. They delivered re-heated tea, and dry, half baked samosas. The delivery guy does not have change but they want orders, don't trust Chai King, Alwarpet. High time FSSAI raids this cheating shop. Once delivered and opened, how the hell do you return it, their phones are switched off. Threw their samosa in the garbage can and their masala chai in the sink. It was dum tea and not masala chai as they claim. they must have heated yesterday's samosa. Government should look into this since citizens are getting cheated by these gig companies serving stale food. I will be writing to the government since most of them...

Overrated is one word I would like to describe this place.

What used to be an amazing place to hang out with friends and spend some time, has now become so bad off late. Used to be good when the rates were ₹25 for the regular tea. Once they increased the price by ₹5, the service and quality both got worse. Can have better tea at home.

It takes 10-15 minutes for them to give any flavoured tea other than normal tea which is bad. Few flavoured tea like zafrani tea doesn't even taste like tea.

Few snacks are decent but again most of them are over priced.

In a city where tea stalls are on almost every corner, it's a tall order to call yourself the Chai Kings selling tea at inflated prices. Their massive USP is that it's in air-conditioned comfort! The tea was no better or worse than any tea stall around, and the air conditioning was very nice. The reason for the 2 star is that the service was average. The server did not look any customer in the eye and the tea was not piping hot. Otherwise, it would have been a 3 or 4 star.

The staff came across as unwelcoming and disinterested - not something you’d expect when walking into a store, especially first thing in the morning. The store itself didn’t feel well-maintained, and overall, the service was far from what we had hoped for. Truly regret starting the day with such an unpleasant experience.
